Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

900 sqft walkout guest bungalow located 20 minutes downtown Denver & Boulder. 1 mile from Standley Lake with expansive views of the Rockies. 1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, Queen pull out sofa bed, stocked kitchen and full laundry room. Patio and fully fenced in shared yard. We live upstairs but separate entrances. Pets should be attended to if anxious or can’t be left alone. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the guest suite :)
