There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Studio 4 is a modern, open plan, fully equipped apartment situated in the heart of town and only a minutes walk to the main street. The Studio has North facing concertina doors that open up the entire space, bringing the outside inside and where you can relax on the balcony. The Studio has two bedrooms both with queen beds, two bathrooms with their own toilets and the main bathroom has a spa bath. There are two small flights of stairs one with 7 steps and the other with 10 steps.

Shiraz Studio offers you a central location to relax or make the most of your Margaret River holiday. All within walking distance are forest walks, the main street and the mountain bike trails are close by. You’ll see the famous karri trees of the south west across the road from your accommodation.
