2xQ sized b/rms with 1 bathrm/ensuite, off Bedroom 1. (Shower, vanity, toilet). Tucked away in a quiet location with views of the river. You have your own driveway & private entrance. Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The cottages were hand built from the coffee stone and jarrah on the property. They provide a chance to unwind, re-energise and immerse yourself in nature’s tranquillity. Preston Valley Shed Stay

This Newly opened Shed Stay is a true country retreat located on over 100acrs in the Preston Valley. Consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom this beautifully designed and furnished fully self-contained Farm stay getaway promises peacefulness with every modern convenience. Located only 2 hours from Perth, 30mins from Bunbury and 10mins from Donnybrook our Farm which is set high on the hill overlooking the valley below has an array of activities to choose from to suit all ages.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall plunge pool and soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.
