My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

House was very spacious and had entertainment for the whole family!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

we really enjoyed our trip and all the unique amenities of the house, including the speakeasies, the hangout areas, and the spa. it was a nice quiet neighborhood as well.

Jill's home was very comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, as well as the proximity to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, our hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions- definitely a place that we would be interested in staying at again!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We’ve stayed at Peggy’s multiple times and it’s always a pleasure to be there. Great location!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Philip's place was just what the dr ordered. the location was great. The lake was great. All of it was great. It's a walk out basement but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely planning on booking this spot again.

This place was incredible! Karen was always proactive with information and when we had questions she responded within minutes. The house was very clean and so spacious. Excellent value for the price. Could not recommend any higher! The next time we come to Denver, we will definitely stay here.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the beautiful and warm place away from home. We really enjoyed the style and decor. The board and card games for the kids were great. Enjoyed the hot tub a lot.

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's lovely, super cozy home. The home is infused with lots of TLC and fine touches that make it special and inviting as well as livable. And, it is located in close walking distance to retail outlets in the Crossroads section of Boulder and, of course, the famous Pearl Street. Thanks, Susan, for allowing us to stay in your home!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

Great location, walking distance to old town Arvada. Quiet treed neighborhood. Charming rustic older house with modern amenities. Beautiful private back yard and added plus having a backyard studio/office space. Loved having the coffee bar! Very comfortable mattresses and bedding. So many little details like luggage racks, night lights, Netflix, & Nespresso machine. Very responsive hosts. We enjoyed our stay!

Wow! Joshua’s place was perfect. The amenities were fantastic, the hosts were very responsive, and we had a great weekend relaxing. We would love to stay again.
