Ingela's place is amazing, perfectly located, stunning views and so so relaxing. A perfect place to access the bay and the beach and we were so lucky to have beautiful weather and spectacular sun rises. The house is so peaceful and had plenty of room for our group of 7. We loved the front deck and the fire place, great kitchen for cook ups, and our puppy was very happy in this safe environment. Thanks for having us, we would definitely love to come back.

Few places can offer affordable beachfront, but this place was PERFECT! While the itself is on the small and quaint side, it was clean, well-equipped and very homely. The beds were comfortable and lots of living spaces: lounge, sunroom, deck, garden. We all loved the beach and enjoyed swimming in the ocean - literally 50m from the back deck. The locals shops were a short walk and we loved all the restaurants. We had beautiful weather, amazing sun rises and sunsets and LOVED our relaxing Easter. We can’t wait to come back. And I’m sure we will.

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for! The house was divine, beautifully furnished and looked after and perfect for a quiet getaway. Beaches and waterholes were all a short walk away, as well as 2 very cute cafes. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus!! We will absolutely be back!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in terms of beauty and amenities. Jim was the most responsive host we’ve had during any Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was in good condition after the cyclone. He was truly fantastic. Because of the cyclone, the private path to the beach was unusable but 200m down the road (Wareham St) was another entrance to the beach which was accessible for my elderly father. The beach is not patrolled this time of year but has shade and was still beautiful despite the erosion/accessibility issues. There was a playground next to the property which worked well for our 2.5 year old (with supervision). A 10 minute walk up the road was a great bakery/coffee, a small grocery store and a great Indian restaurant among other shops. Easy 10-15 minute drive into Byron which has a woolies and is patrolled. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

A huge thank you to Elizabeth for being an incredible host! The pool and Sauna at anytime was amazing, the manicured lawn in with the Cavoodle loved! Can’t speak more highly! A place you never want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The place was immaculate and spotless, and it can comfortably accommodate two families. Do note that towels and bed linen are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to the shore. We especially enjoyed our night-time strolls on the beach under the stars — truly magical. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite and balcony was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, which was important since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is a FoodWorks mini-supermarket close by, but we did our main shopping in Sale on the way to Paradise Beach. Greg was a fantastic host — prompt, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

Our extended family had a great 4 day stay prior to Easter. Weather was kind which helped. The grandchildren loved the beach and its proximity to the house. They could walk there easily. House was spacious with an indoor/outdoor character. The fire at night on the deck was great. Lots of equipment and kitchen items eg effective coffee machine, large fridge etc. No cafes in Pearl Beach but we had an excellent dinner experience at Amalfi in Umina. Its a modern house, well designed and well thought out. eg the insect screens available when all the sliding doors were opened. Its in a quiet area at end of a cul de sac. Back yard area is surrounded by trees and a well maintained garden, so feels private and remote. I recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay at Black Zinc, a very comfortable accommodation and so close to the beach. The place was well equipped and very clean. Amazing views and a very tranquil setting.

What an amazing property - Located within 5 minutes to the beach on foot. Wonderfully maintained, with chill out areas throughout. Stunning sunrises from the top balcony. We had an excellent stay at Emily’s over the Easter weekend. From the friendly and proactive communication, the simple check-in, and wonderful views from the deck and lounge! The house was very bright and airy, but still plenty cosy, very clean and had everything the four of us could need. The area is nicely tucked away, with a number of walks, beaches and nearby sights to see - perfect for a relaxed weekend. And the later than normal check-out was greatly appreciated so we could get in one last dip in the (cold) ocean! Lovely stay, hope to be back! Thanks!
