Communication with Vincenzo's was great, the house was as described and we enjoyed the space and the quiet neighbourhood. You need a car but the motorway is not far to do visits around Naples and the beach is 5 minutes drive.

It was a great time spending time at this place! The views and sunsets are just spectacular. The rooftop terasse is sublime and therés a great pool and patio area also! Paola is super nice and friendly! Great service from Don Giulio’s Luigi too! We asked them if we could have dinner there from their restaurant even though it was closed and they made it happened! Super service!! I recommand! Thank you Paola!!

ich habe die Tage hier sehr genossen, mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Garten, die ruhige Lage, obwohl sehr zentral, habe ich sehr geschätzt. Meta eignet sich hervorragend, die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Vesuv, Neapel, Amalfiküste....) zu entdecken. Bin ich wieder einmal in dieser Gegen, werde ich gerne wieder bei Gennaro anklopfen.

Tout! Tout est parfait très propre et très bien pensé ! Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et un couple on a eu tout ce qu'on désirait et même plus: accueil chaleureux et hyper généreux ! Maison propre très propre! Maison très grande et très bien équipée et aérée Literie parfaite ! Emplacement parfait !!! 10 étoiles si cela était possible ! La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion absolue ! La maison italienne de rêve ! Merci encore

La casa è a dir poco stupenda, raffinata e ricercata nei dettagli architettonici nonchè negli arredi tutt'altro che commerciali! La posizione si commenta da sola e le foto non le fanno giustizia. Un luogo da sogno per godere appieno della bellezza del territorio. L'ottima ospitalità e carineria di Michele per il check-in e check-out completano il quadro. L'unico dramma è il dover andare via.

cette maison sur les hauteurs d’ischia offre le confort attendu, le calme a quelques km de la ville, une vue incroyable du toit le soir au coucher de soleil. une supérette a proximité permet de se ravitailler au quotidien avec un personnel accueillant. il faut prévoir un moyen de transport, avec l’aide de Christian un super hôte attentif , prévenant, très disponible et réactif . je recommande vivement ce logement

the villa was as described. keep in mind this is a mountain side villa that involves a lot of inclined walking. Ride share apps work, but can get a little pricey. A rental car would be good but the roads are narrow. The view from the villa is incredible. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center of Vico equence. there is also a beautiful hiking trail just up the road from the villa. The host was very helpful. Everything from ride share to restaurant reservations. Great response time. Overall the best rental experience.

Vi havde fem helt fantastiske dage i Luigis smukke hus. Vi nød roen og de smukke omgivelser fra både huset og terrassen med udsigt over Napoli-bugten og bjergene og vulkanerne i baggrunden. Huset er smukt og personligt både indvendigt og udvendigt, og har god plads både inde og ude. Da vi ankom, mødte Luigi og Salvatore os længere nede i byen og kørte med os op til huset, hvor de viste os alting, og om aftenen kom de med pizzaer til os alle sammen (en velkomstgave) - supersødt og sympatisk. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og hjemme. En stor anbefaling herfra og tak til Luigi og Salvatore. Vi håber alle, at vi kan komme tilbage denne smukke perle af et hus en anden gang.

Massimo is a wonderful host. Its obvious he enjoys welcoming guests. During our holiday, we kept asking for his advice and he was always on hand to help us. This made us feel very secure. On the practical side: When we arrived at the flat he had provided us with so many useful things like jams, bread, milk, olive oil, toilet roll, washing up stuff, shampoo and mosquito stuff. The only thing to note is that the flat is located in a Marina which is a slight distance from the 'town' of Vica Equense. There is a local bus that goes from the Marina but it's sometimes full. If any of your party have mobility problems then you need to consider that. We loved coming back to the peace of the Marina and its lovely restaurants.

Villa Giulia is a lovely place to stay on the Bay of Naples. The terrace looks out to Ischia, the perfect place for lounging, eating, sipping a sunset beverage. The three bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well appointed. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal prep. The hostess is gracious and friendly and left us wine and some essentials to welcome us. Convenient to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, even incredible Paestum. Town is just up the hill. One route is up a steep set of stone steps, could be a challenge for some. All in all, our group recommends Villa Giulia highly!

This was a great place for our group of 6. Very roomy, with beautiful views of the water. Salvatore is super helpful and communicative. The town of Forio is a quick scooter/car/taxi ride from the house and had everything we needed, including the Alilauro ferry to and from Napoli.

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

our stay at the villa was fantastic! the cows are breathtaking, it was quiet and such a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. Mayra and Alessandra were right on top of things and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Mayra was super responsive to any requests and helped us get taxis and book experiences too. 10/10 recommend!

This villa was the most beautiful place we have ever rented, and Chiara and her team hosted us like we were at a five star boutique resort. The photos were accurate but also don’t do the tranquil beauty of the villa justice. You have to see it in person. We loved the easy walk from the villa down to the beach for spectacular sunsets (and also being able to view them from our private terrace) and dining at the wonderful local beachfront restaurants. We wish we could stay here forever. Grazie Mille!

This house is really quite incredible! The layout and design of the apartment is fun, artistic, spacious and eclectic! The shower is big with great pressure, and there is a lot of outdoor space you can use! The host lives above you, in the main house, so they are always available to help out! We meet Anna’s daughter, Francesca as our greeter! She was incredibly kind, very helpful, quick to respond and she even booked us a reservation for dinner at one of the places she recommended! You are close enough to Napoli for day trips, but you are just out of the way to avoid the bad traffic! Lots of stores within walking distance to satisfy your needs! Would definitely stay at this apartment again! The hosts are truly amazing and the apartment is wonderful! Thank you Anna and Francesca for everything!

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

Beautiful place! In a great location, about 25 min walk to Sorrento and 1 min walk to the train station to get to Sorrento. Patti was super helpful in letting us know how to access the bus for the airport. Dropped off croissants and goodies for us one morning, which was super nice! Super market is super close, as well as some cafes and some restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was a minute walk away called Mi Ami. In fact, we ended up going twice in a row! Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Antonella's place! The location is convenient, with easy parking and walkable access to the Pompei ruins, as well as the main stretch of restaurants (admittedly a bit farther of a walk, but we did it twice with small kids, so it's doable). The views from the wraparound balconies are beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Antonella was great about checking in on us and made sure we had what we needed. One note - for those who use Apple Maps, plug in "Villa Elisabetta" instead of the address, as the listed address brought us to the wrong spot and we had to search a bit initially, but using the name there were no problems. Overall, I would be happy to recommend Antonella's place and we would gladly stay there again!

Fantastic villa, perfect for visiting Sorrento. Perfect for a group, as each room has an en-suite and a great pool to cool off and relax in. Accessing central Sorrento is only a 20 minute walk along the main road, or a less than 5 minute train ride.

Stayed at this villa with 8 adults and had plenty of space. Our host Pamela and Colomba were always very responsive with any enquires we had. The villa itself was clean with everything would you would expect for self catering. The pool was cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us to explore. Shops were on our doorstep and Sorrento main town walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
