It also has a very large backyard with small grassed area and large peppercorn tree.It is well situated in lovely Wallaroo and with in walking distance to the beach, main street, Hospital, pubs, Coopers alehouse, service station, pizza place and lots more.

Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.
