Lizzy’s place is a well appointed, clean and modern home that was perfect for a relaxing weekend to unwind. The beautiful fixtures and finishing touches made it feel more luxurious and inviting. Our favourite experience was reading every morning and afternoon on the swinging chair on the verandah. Would highly recommend this accomodation to family and friends.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was even more fantastic this time. The second bathroom has been renovated which just shows Jacqui is constantly reinvesting in this beautiful home. This house has everything you could want or need. It is exactly what an Airbnb should be with everything being extremely well equipped (especially the kitchen). There is barely a utensil or pantry basic you won’t find and the same goes for the cupboards of games, firewood and bathrooms. We were offered a late check out without having to ask and Jacqui’s communication was fantastic throughout the booking. Couldn’t recommend a better spot in Stanthorpe with a more gorgeous view of the river and such a short walk into town. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Davadi Cottage. Very comfortable with every detail considered. Great location, close to town for eateries/coffee and driving distance to nearby wineries and national parks. Definitely recommend. Thank you Anneke for a wonderful stay.

Stunning place and property. The circuit walk around the property was nice. Cabin was very warm and cosy. Super friendly hosts. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Stanthorpe.

I have no words. Literally. Maybe the buzz words though cuz they all match perfectly … peaceful, secluded, well appointed, close to everything. I’m DEFINITELY coming to stay again.

Wonderful. The cabin was gorgeous, generous, comfortable and tranquil. Everything we needed was provided, and it was even more stunning than the photos. The location was beautiful, so secluded yet an easy 10-15 min drive into Stanthorpe. It was such a luxury to just relax and enjoy the beautiful accommodation and bush land. I worried at first that lack of internet/wi-fi might be inconvenient, as we often spend a bit of time online planning our outings for the next day, but it was actually a blessing of sorts; we all enjoyed reading the printed info, and didn’t labour too seriously over what we would do each day, it all just fell into place. We all enjoyed the CDs, DVDs and setting the fires (inside and out) as well as chatting and reading, it really was a joy.
