Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

Retired pastors came to assist The Salvation Army for a month and stayed at Chantel’s place. Local attractions were not needed, but this apartment was the perfect size and location for them. Chantel was great to work with!

This is a great loft that was perfect for me and my husband and our visiting family. 5 people fit very comfortably and we each had privacy. The games and amenities are very fun. Beautiful light in the loft. Location was extremely central in Saratoga Springs, we had a beautiful meal at Hamlet and Ghost restaurant across the way. There was a private event at the bar below on a weekday but the workers were very nice as we entered and exited and there was no noise at all from inside the apartment. Would recommend for bigger families or groups, since the space is unmatched when compared to a hotel. Thanks for an easy and fun stay!

The location is just across the street from the beautiful park, so it is very walkable. The place itself is very clean, cozy and have everything I needed. There are helpful instructions everywhere around the place -- whatever I think I am confused or needed I can always find a help guide right at the spot! Lloyd is also great on communicating. I received plenty instructions and guidance before arrived. Upon arrival, I couldn't get in first time because I turned the door knobe the wrong direction, and Lloyd answered my call in a minute and helped me get in. Overall, great experience! I'll certainly consider here again if I ever pay another visit to Albany.

Was great to stay at Dillon’s place while my husband and I were in town for a concert at MVP arena- super easy walk! As others have mentioned heard neighbors/dogs a little bit, but didn’t bother us too much! Just a couple minor cleanliness things (hair on pillow/shower), but would recommend for anyone needing a quick stay over in downtown Albany!

Jermaine was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place is just as described. I am familiar with the area, so I was aware of what the surroundings would be like. It was extremely clean and served the purpose for our needs.

This was the perfect little home base for a weekend in Saratoga Springs! Even in the ice and snow, it’s a lovely walk through the park to city center, and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off the moveable feast we brought to fuel a weekend of dancing. I especially enjoyed having coffee by the fireplace! Thank you Monica, the space was just the home away from home I wanted ❤️

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

This apartment is amazing and in a truly spectacular location. We happened to be there at the height of fall color which was magical but the farm, the gardens, and views must be unbeatable any time of the year. Delia surprised us with a decadent assortment of vegetables from the farm, fresh eggs, local bread and apple butter, pancake mix, butter and syrup, s'more supplies, bottled water from Saratoga Springs, apples, snacks, coffee, oat milk and a tasty bottle of wine. It was by far the nicest welcome we have ever experienced and far beyond all expectations. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen sheets and soft, fluffy towels. The nods to M.S. make this already special place even more so. I am thankful to Delia for sharing this incredible place and can't wait to return again someday.

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

Darlene and Ned were the perfect hosts. This one bedroom apartment attached to their residence has a separate entrance and feels completely separate. The interior was quaint and comfortable. The living room was a cozy nook after our days skiing at west mountain. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you would ever need for a short stay. They even provided soaps and shampoos. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. Would stay here again. I would be more than happy

This was such a wonderful stay in Troy! Cheri was so welcoming, and even provided many breakfast foods/snacks which was not expected but very thoughtful and appreciated. The apartment had everything you could need and more. Highly recommended for a stay in this area.

The place was more charming than expected and John was a great host! There is a bit of road noise still audible through the windows, so beware if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, it was a really lovely stay and a good location for us to get everywhere we needed to be. Would be happy to stay again!

My family and I stayed a week and loveddddd it! When we arrived the only issue was a missing remote that Shane quickly replaced he was quick to respond and super friendly. The house was fantastic I highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

Victoria and Dave were wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They were very responsive and everything you could think of was provided for; from cooking essentials to extra treats and towels for the pool. My son loved the pool and walking trail behind the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was a gem for a quiet weekend away. The hot tub was relaxing and the bathroom and bedroom really felt like all our needs were taken into consideration. It was easy to find and a quick drive to town for dinner.

Ronnie’s Place was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend as a place to stay if in the Capital Region area as it’s locally on the outskirts of Albany. We were in New York to celebrate a Grandchild’s Sweet 16th Birthday” & “Holiday’s” This place was great for our family visit and made it easier on us. Everything was immaculate & clean. One of my favorites was the bathroom/laundry room it was so nicely decorated with items for laundry use but placed it these awesome essentials bottles. I may add something like that to my laundry room LOL. We didn’t get to utilize the other great amenities due to the weather. We differently will come back again soon as we travel to New York frequently.

perfect home base for a visit to Saratoga! walking distance to the track and all of down if you wanted. We were on a bachelor party and couldn't have asked for better. hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing after a day/night out.

Would highly recommend this location to stay to all. Quiet and peaceful only a short 10min drive from all the attractions the area has to offer!

This was my 2nd time staying here and yet again exceeded expectations! Absolutely love this place. It's comfy and cozy. Miriam is always quick to respond when needing anything. Place is very clean, beds are super comfy. The jacuzzi bath tub is amazing and so relaxing. Would Absolutely stay here a 3rd time!
