On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. It is located on the fifth floor and is turned away from the street which makes it very calm and cozy. The apartment is accessible via elevator. It has heating (either using biomass energy heater or airconditioner) and two AC units. It has WiFI, two smart TVs and a big kitchen, toilet, and bed.

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
