Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

The apartments are great and met our expectations. I didn't meet the host in person; we communicated via Viber, and she responded quickly, resolving any issues promptly. The distance to the sea is about 2 km, which isn't critical if you have a car. The nearby beaches are mostly rocky, so it's advisable to have special shoes for swimming on rocky beaches. There is a sandy-rocky beach called Barska Plaza not far away. The landscapes around are very beautiful, and the people are friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a wonderful country.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 3 terraces which allowed us to sit outside with great views to the sea. We also enjoyed walking down to the sea from the house and having the small shop very nearby was very useful. We would recommend a stay here.

Vlado is a great host. He met us near AMI hotel and helped us with our luggage. We had cleaning every week of staying. Vlado gave us a remote for a gate when we took a car for rent. We asked for blankets and he gave us blankets. Our staying was great!

We had a great stay at Sanja’s place. Sanja was really friendly and a great host. It was great value for money and about 20-25 minutes to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a great stay in Dragana’s apartment in Budva. Dragana was a fantastic host. She very kindly picked up us from the bus station. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was good and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. Would recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time there. Location is amazing with so many restaurants nearby. There is a Bakery on the ground floor which stays open 24/7 and a supermarket open till midnight. Milos was very helpful and responsive and we had a seamless check in. His Mum received us on the day of arrival and stayed in touch to make sure that everything is good. All in all lovely people and great host. Would highly recommend the place.

Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Iva welcomed us even though we were a bit late for check in. She has all important instructions on a brochure for her guests. Both Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioners are working just fine which is essential in that climate. I am looking forward to come back to budva and stay in Iva’s apartment.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming—always ready to help whenever we had questions. Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

L'appartement est moderne, presque luxueux et très bien équipé pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Centre ville à 30 mn à pied, et dans la bonne direction pour l aeroport. Marko nous a donné de très bons conseils et nous a bien dépanné.

Koliko god se trudio, ne mogu naći ni najmanju zamerku, sve je bilo kako treba, od komunikacije do uslova u iznajmljenom stanu. Olakšavajuće instrukcije, sve čisto, kuhinja funkcionalna, topla voda, lako dostupno, na petnaestak minuta od mora itd. Najtoplije preporučujem!
