Confortevole monolocale in stile mediterraneo, ci troviamo a 1km 1/5 dalla spiaggia più grande dell'isola d'Ischia, la spiaggia dei maronti. L'appartamento dispone di angolo cottura con frigo, bagno con doccia, riscaldamento ,aria condizionata ,smart TV, wi fi gratuito, la fermata del bus sotto casa, in prossimità il bar pasticceria Luisa, supermercato Todis e Deco, sotto casa pizzeria pub Terra mia. La casa è perfetta per due persone con viale d'accesso privato, parcheggio auto gratuito.
