The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica aperta in estate e alla stazione: il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Un piccolo nido nel cuore della Garfagnana

Alloggio nel piccolo borgo antico di Gragnanella, a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro storico di Castelnuovo . Immerso nella natura nel " Cuore" della Garfagnana. Dove tutto pare fermarsi. La casa si dispone su tre piani: cucina con a disposizione forno a microonde, fuochi a induzione e frigo. Al piano superiore, 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 cameretta con due letti singoli, con possibilità su richiesta di trasformarli in letto matrimoniale. 1 bagno. Al piano seminterrato saletta con divano e TV.

Incantevole soggiorno in villa seicentesca

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Più vicino a noi potete visitare il Parco di Pinocchio a Collodi o il parco zoologico di Pistoia. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.

V Terra d’Incanto - Camera Verde

Terra D'incanto, si trova a Fosdinovo in Lunigiana, su una collina vista mare, all'interno di un meraviglioso bosco e magnifici uliveti. Per raggiungerci dovrai percorrere 600mt di strada sterrata facilmente percorribile con tutti i mezzi. La struttura è dotata di piscina arredata, terrazza panoramica. Inoltre abbiamo alcuni servizi su prenotazione e a pagamento idromassaggio caldo all’aperto, palestra, massaggi otre al nostro servizio bar e ristorante alla carta.

Casa sulla Valle, un gioiello nella natura toscana

Un paesino medievale, lontano dal traffico e dallo smog, immerso nei boschi e nella tranquillità. Una casa accogliente con giardino, la mattina ci si sveglia con il cinguettio degli uccelli e la vista sulla vallata. La camera con letto matrimoniale si affaccia sulla valle, quella con 3 letti singoli ha la vista sul giardino. È possibile aggiungere un lettino per prima infanzia (sono presenti anche fasciatoio e seggiolone). Cucina abitabile, grande salone. Giardino.

La casetta al lavatoio

La mia casa è situata in mezzo agli ulivi vicino a un vecchio lavatoio. Il piccolo borgo di Oneta è servito dal trasporto pubblico, e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Borgo a Mozzano dove si trovano attività per la famiglia,centro commerciale e la stazione ferroviaria. Ti piacerà la mia casetta per l'atmosfera accogliente, gli spazi esterni e l'intimità degli interni. E' adatta a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.
