Très bien reçus par Monica, très gentille et discrète. Nous avons trouvé le calme dont nous avions besoin. La montagne vaut le détour et la piscine était la bienvenue après une journée bien remplie. Tout y était dans l'appartement et le lit était impeccable. Nous recommandons Monica.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

We had a great time, and definitely recommend this appartment. Veronica and her family were extremely nice and helpful. They greeted us with a bottle of wonderful local wine. They have a lovely dog! This was definitely the best place we stayed in the last few years. The house is on top of a hill, with amazing views of the peaceful surrounding Tuscan countryside. The appartment is clean and well-equipped, very quiet. We would love to be back one day.

Un bellissimo appartamento in un paesino medievale circondato dalla natura. Monika è stata un ottima Host, sempre disponibile a chiarimenti e dando informazioni chiare su come arrivare all'appartamento e sui luoghi dove andare a mangiare nei dintorni.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Tutto perfetto! Silvia é una host molto attenta ai suoi ospiti, molto disponibile e una persona gradevole. La casa è un gioiellino. Piena di dettagli decorativi e mobili vintage originali che si incastrano perfettamente tra di loro. Al pian terreno un’ampia sala luminosissima che si affaccia sul porticato e giardino molto curati. Al piano di sopra 3 confortevoli camere da letto con biancheria pulitissima. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Le temperature non erano ideali per un tuffo nella splendida piscina ma, pensiamo già di tornarci per poterla provare!

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der "Villa Sardini". Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr nett und unsere Wohnung Scipione war schön. Wir haben den Pool genossen und den weitläufigen Ausblick. Die Nähe zu Lucca und die Möglichkeit an den Strand zu fahren oder nach Pisa ist prima. Wir haben gute Tipps bekommen für Restaurants/eine Konditorei in Lucca und haben hervorragend dort gegessen/eingekauft. Auf dem Gelände der "Villa Sardini" finden regelmäßig verschiedene Aktivitäten statt, an denen man teilnehmen kann, wenn man möchte. Auch an einer Weinprobe vor Ort kann man bei Interesse teilnehmen.

Un petit coin de paradis dans la campagne Toscane. très agréable, calme, tout est conforme à la description. la piscine estzun vrai plus et agréable. Les contacts avec l'hôte étaient réactifs, simples.

Super séjour le logement est très bien situé et idéal pour visiter plusieurs zones et à la fois au calme. Le logement en lui même est parfait et les propriétaires sont adorables et nous ont aidé à trouver un médecin. À réserver sans hésiter pour visiter cette belle région et profiter d’une grande piscine entourée de bain de soleil. Nous avons adoré !! Merci encore !!

This beautifully restored collection of properties gave us the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings with the ability to meet and mix with other visitors from different countries if and when we wanted. Aperitives in the gardens are a must and can be followed by supper with fresh local produce expertly cooked and served by Paolo and Kitty (thankyou). The pool is fantastic, really clean and well maintained with adequate choices of seating and loungers for all. We had a wonderful five night stay and only wished we'd booked longer, I guess that we'll have to return!!

This place was a real find. We were there for too short a time to walk enough, explore the hillsides and the towns in the area and were sad to leave too soon! Each bedroom (there are four - one as lovely as the next) was beautifully furnished and the dining/ living area too. So much care has been taken to make the kitchen (with a big table too) personal and functional in avery way. An orange tree grows right outside the window! In fact there is such a choice of places to enjoy a meal at, as a function of shade, sunrise, sunset, garden, terrace, inside, outside .... that we would love to return for much longer and try them all next time. The beautiful, peaceful location, up on a hillside, is one thing - but the absolutely incredible vista cannot be described adequately. This old farm house, with a long story, has been lovingly restored and looked after and it was wonderful to stay there.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Wir waren zu 7. dort und haben einen Ort gesucht, an dem wir selber niemanden mit unserer Lautstärke stören und wo wir für uns alleine sind. Auch wenn die Anfahrt ein bisschen tricky ist, hat es sich gelohnt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche mit Frühstück in der Sonne über den Bergen und Nachmittagen im Pool. Wir konnten uns auf dem großen Gelände austoben und im Pool schwimmen. Am liebsten hat uns sogar die Tischtennisplatte gefallen, wir haben wirklich viele Stunden Rundlauf gespielt. Das Haus hat alles wonach es bedarf. Von extra Decken im Schrank über Salz und Öl im Schrank, einer Kaffeemaschine oder Stiften und Kartenspielen im Regal. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es auch und sogar Shampoo stand noch in der Dusche. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Amy war super zu erreichen. Wir haben schon überlegt, wann wir mal wieder kommen!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous villa. The outlay of the house was great, having three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and another toilet downstairs too. The kitchen was amazing with everything that you could ask for. The outside area was lovely to sit at in the early morning and evening to look out over the olive trees and the neighbouring gardens and trees. It was only 10 mins from beautiful Lucca town and a very convenient location for us to drive north and south to explore the unbelievable surroundings of Tuscany. We will definitely be back one day again.

This was not my first experience renting a house in Italy. Over the years I've had 4-5 previous rentals. Our experience with Lia and her family was terrific, in fact probably the best experience I've had. From check-in to leaving (in the wee hours of the morning), Lia and her daughter were available, responsive, generous and supportive. From welcome goodies to local recommendations, we were well cared for. The kitchen (very important to me) was well laid out, and well-appointed. The rooms were clean, the towels plush, and the beds comfortable. The HVAC system was easy to understand and responsive. My group included a 5 year old and an 8 year old. They were thrilled with all the toys, puzzles and plush toys, not to mention the trampoline. The 8 year old actually cried the night before we left because she wanted to stay! No house rental experience can be perfect. If I have any (constructive) criticism it is to add hooks to the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors. That's it!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

Casale perfettamente ristrutturato in una posizione fantastica per escursioni a piedi/in bici. Ideale per soggiorni di un weekend ma anche per periodi più lunghi. Totale disponibilità e gentilezza degli host. Tutto perfetto!

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und konnten das Anwesen mit fabelhafter Aussicht super als Ausgangspunkt nutzen. Die Anreise war einfach und wir kamen gut die Einfahrt hoch. Wir haben ein fantastisches Startpaket mit Kaffee, Nudeln & Co. erhalten. Der Whirlpool war selbst bei kühleren Temperaturen eine große Freude für uns und unsere Kinder. Wir waren im Herbst vor Ort und daher haben einige Wanzen versucht, im Haus Unterschlupft zu erlangen. Wir kamen damit zurecht, für empfindliche Gäste könnte das aber störend sein. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
