The worst thing I can say is…there are not 10 stars I can give!! Thaddious was the best host ever. He was very flexible in allowing me an early check in and greeting me with a bottle of wine!! That’s just the beginning of the most hospitable place I’ve ever been. Throughout my stay Thaddious was very communicative and available for whatever I needed and went out of his way to ensure I had EVERYTHING I needed. He definitely made this place feel like home. I don’t think a 5 star hotel could have made me feel better or more welcome. Again…giving Thaddious and his property 5 stars is an understatement and definitely does not do him justice. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone coming into Houston choose this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and it's very well-located. Easy to get there and to get in, and the hosts were always available and quick to answer.

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

The home was absolutely amazing!!! Kishi was so helpful and communicative! Even before I made it in town, I had a question about walking to a venue and she was available to assist. I also mentioned I was celebrating my birthday when booking, she made sure to wish me a happy birthday during my stay. I would 1000% stay in Kishi’s place again!

Mike was an excellent host. When the a/c unit malfunctioned in our room, he promptly moved us into a different room. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

Needed a place for 3 adults and two toddlers, the bunk beds were great…. Kids loved them. The place was family friendly. Ann and Jonathan were very communicative.

My family & I loved this Airbnb. It was very beautiful. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone, 10 out of 10!

Jose was a wonderful host any issues or problems we had he was open and very responsive. I recommend Jose home as a great place to stay for a vacation and I would definitely book again !

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

Fui con mi familia a todos Nos encantó la casa Muy limpia y tranquilo. Buen aire buenos TV buen espacio para pasar tranquilos un fin de semana. No vi nada malo a su alrededor, leí un comentario de otro visitante y me parece algo fuera de lugar. Observé varios vecinos trabajando haciendo reparaciones en sus casas. No vi nada fuera de lo normal y menos ningún tráfico de nada malo. Y estuve 4 días sin problemas. Recomienda esta casa a familias que quieran estar cómo en su casa! Loved the space! Great for the kids. The pools were clean and welcoming. The house was spotless.

We loved the location. The beach was beautiful, so great to be able to walk right onto the beach from the complex. Moody Gardens is just a short drive away. The condo was clean and welcoming. My teen slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable. Walter was very proactive and guided us through every step. We had everything we needed, wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely like to come back for a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Nam's place. We were central to all of the attractions of the sea wall, yet her place was a peaceful retreat. Nam was responsive and ensured we had a smooth check-in.

Personally we loved that this little condo was down the strip from all the restaurants; provided peaceful surroundings and a not crowded beach experience. We did drive up ten minutes every night for dinner…we ate at The Spot, Doc Holidays and Rainforest Cafe. The condo itself was exactly as described; the bunk beds in the entry way was a perfect use of space to allow bigger families to have ample beds. Would definitely stay again!

Without a doubt one of the best places Ive stay in such a long time. Julius was very understanding and attentive to our needs and concerns. Everything was exactly as the listing shows. My favorite part is that it family friendly and had everything we needed for a little one which helps us in the long run. This has now become our go to place anything we are visiting Galveston. Thank you Julius and Michael for a magic experience.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and local points of interest. Overall, it served as a perfect home base for our visit. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.
