Lori is an exceptional host! She is very responsive and we were fortunate enough to meet her the first day of our 4 night stay. The lower level studio apartment is exactly as she describes. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is absolutely charming and walkable. Great restaurants/coffee spots…less than a five minute walk: highly recommend Mambo Italiano (great wood oven pizzas) and Adesso was our go to for our morning coffee. Never had an issue parking directly in front of her home. We will return the next time we’re in the Pittsburgh area. Thank you Lori!

Easy check in. Cute little coffee shop right on the corner. It’s centered in a little town so a lot of things are within walking distance. Nice children next door. You do hear trains passing by ALOT ! Haha The house is older & the floors are uneven but it has been upgraded on the inside. It suited us for the time we were there . Overall it was clean & has the basic amenities. Jon was easy to contact & responded in a timely manner . Decent price point.

I loved how much space the house had and the ADA qualities it possesses. Carrie was so welcoming. We felt comfortable right away. The beds were soft and comfortable for a great night’s sleep. She had so many little extras throughout the house that were simply going above and beyond! I plan to return.

Beautiful home in a very private setting but only 10 minutes from tons of stores and restaurants. Plenty of space for 15 people. Love that there are bathrooms and bedrooms on each level. Very clean. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful experience staying here. The location was great — just a short and easy walk to the village of Sewickley, which made everything from dining to shopping very convenient. The home itself was spotless, well appointed, and comfortable. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. We appreciated that the host shared comprehensive and clear instructions ahead of time, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staying with Leni was perfect! The space felt so cozy! Some highlights of the listing is how relaxing the bed is with perfect temperature controls of the AC and heat. Having a garage to park my car was great as it snowed during or stay so I didn't have to clean it off and Leni snowblowed the drive way immediately which was very thoughtful as our host. Her lovely protecting dog Kubo was outside the property when we arrived but we didn't have to interact with any of the animals to check in by ourselves. I'm 6"2' and my only complaint was using the shower was a little awkward since I was eyelevel with the shower head but super negligible. Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Leni!

This place is immaculate! They have everything and anything you could think of! It’s secluded enough to have privacy, but close enough to everything to order in takeout, or any thing you forgot to pack. We brought our toddler, and two dogs and it was perfect for everyone. This is probably the nicest air bnb I have ever stayed in, and I have frequented this app for years!

I liked the place. I had an electrical problem in my house and had to find a place to stay. I wished the problem had not been solved so I could have stayed longer🥲. The place is clean, quiet and has all the amenities. I am definitely thinking of trying it again and I highly recommend it ❤️❤️

Perfect location, very communicative, and exactly as advertised. Loved it and Gabriel is very professional!

Mandy’s place delivers. Large 2nd floor bedrooms and beds. Family room can easily accommodate a sleeping bag for youngsters or students w/permission. We LOVED the view of the pond with geese we could appreciate from the family room, windowed sun porch and deck w/grill! The soaking tub is in the basement, so ada guests just need help down stairs. Lower level is private. Walk out private patio is a bonus. TV also great. We did not see pool table, but, it may have been under the ping pong table. Worth asking if there is ping pong table if group needs. This is one of the absolute cleanest homes we have ever stayed!!! First floor restroom for guests just inside the front door! Foyer large. Second floor is amazing! Laundry and cute sitting area for coffee. The master bedroom has a bidet we were unaware of. Amazing to have an elegant bathroom w/walk in shower. Appreciated tv’s had plenty of options. Could even see family room tv from one side of the Sun porch! Thank you!

This is nice little hide away from the world, felt right at home, lots of space and grass for me to play with my dog. Stacy was very helpful, responsive and great host giving instruction before hand and providing items for my pet. Will always stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny’s lake house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and barbecuing. We chose this home because of the first floor bedroom and bathroom and one step to enter as my 94 year old grandmother stayed with us. Doorways were all wide enough to accommodate her rollator walker. We loved being able to cook and bake together in the well stocked kitchen. Sunny responds quickly to inquiries and provided updates. We did not use the recreation room in the basement or pool/ hot tub but can see that these would be great for other groups staying here. Lastly, mattresses were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

Enjoyable weekend and the house suited our needs nicely.

Lyle’s place was exactly what my brother and I needed for our quick trip to visit our mom from out of state. Everything was clean and Lyle checked in with me prior to our arrival and again once we were there to make sure we had everything we needed.

Amy was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay. The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed. My kids loved the fenced in yard, the porch swing, and the air hockey table. The house is on a quiet street. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town

Beautiful place! Was extremely pleased with all the little extras that were in the home for our use. There was candy, water, chips, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, nice soap and hair products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and so much more! One big thing that usually aren’t common in other places I’ve stayed in is comfortable beds with nice pillows and this place had both! Also, the water is very hot so you can actually take a very nice hot shower. The coffee bar was so pleasant with several liquid flavors and syrups as well as herbal teas to choose from too. We grilled out and there were spices for everything we needed. The hot tub was very well maintained to mention and also plenty of clean towels. We did our laundry before returning home and detergent was also included. All the TV’s were nice sized equipped with ROKU to include Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out The National Bird Avery while in town. That’s why we came. Check in was very easily with no hassle. Will return.

My wife, my dog, and I needed a long-term option while we were house hunting in Pittsburgh and the River's Edge was absolutely perfect for us. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and cozy, ideally located with access to all the amenities and attractions that the Beaver area has to offer. Carrie is always responsive, and her knowledge of the area was more than useful as we got familiar with our new surroundings. I couldn't imagine a better jumping off point for our next chapter, River's Edge really became a home for us and we will be forever grateful!
