Welcome to Maidi's Hearth, a +/- 5 deg cooler, stunning, unique and spacious one bedroom villa/apartment that unify a minimalistic design home and an evergreen environment in the heart of a warm Durban, Morningside. The unit is perfect for a relaxation or unwinding holidays, business trips or studying trips. The unit offers a spacious open plan living and kitchen with an enclosed large bathroom for privacy, working appliances with Wi-Fi, outside deck and it is close to Florida Road. Thobela.

This centrally located bachelor flat is perfect for the city explorer or out of town business person. Nestled in a peaceful leafy neighbourhood with the beach 10 minutes away and nightlife just around the corner. The unit has its own entrance and possible secure parking (dependent on availability). Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note we have a dog on the premise. There are other units on the property as well. No parties or rowdy get togethers allowed.

There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
