From your private veranda sit & watch the beautiful sunsets and the entertainment our Australian Wildlife has to offer. "Stone Cottage" was built in 1862 from local bluestone and was lovingly restored in 2014. We are adjacent to Woowookarung Regional Park, popular for bush walking and mountain bike riding. Stone Cottage offers old world charm with modern amenities. You will not be sharing with any others. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the main sitting area has a single bed. . The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Historic Linton Post Office

Welcome to the historic Linton Post Office. This beautiful character filled building was built in 1880 and operated as the Telegraph / Post Office and Post Masters residence for over a century. There are many reminders of the past displayed throughout the charming house. The picturesque township of Linton has a rich history with European settlement dating back to 1839 and the first gold found in 1855 and continued to be found until 1880's.

t Boshuus - mud brick home amongst the trees

Our mud brick home, is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and is bordering on the Enfield State Forest. The 3 bedroom home is an ideal quiet and peaceful escape from urban life, featuring a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Kangaroos often visit our backyard to feed on the grass. Lots of native birds can be spotted. We had a Tawny Frogmouth nest near the house and even a koala visit, recently.

A private, shady, summer getaway for two.

Ruby is a clean, comfortable tiny house. A little oasis in a beautiful garden. Great for a cosy winter escape on your own or with your favorite person. Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and all that Ballarat has to offer. Walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants that are in the centre.
