Beautiful home with lots of little special touches. Great for a family with dogs. We didn't have any kids, but the house had lots to keep kids busy!

Rowan’s place was a perfect fit for us. Loved the decor, the bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice! Loved having the fenced in yard for our dog too! And, the location was great, so close to Old Town.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

This is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed at, The Hosts were super responsive and always checked in on me and my family during our stay! The home was very clean and well put together. There were fun outside games as well as a nice HotTub to get into. The home was well equipped with everything and anything you could need or if you might of forgotten some of your own items there was no worry or need to go out and buy them because they had them at the home. I’d definitely stay here again in the future !

Even though we were only here for 1 night , I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting. Place was as described very clean and organize. Felt right at home. Cute home!

Great stay! Loved using the hot tub with my friends. Derrick was very communicative and helpful. We rented a car but could have walked to Lohi in addition to a few restaurants and coffee shops around the house.

We really enjoyed our stay here! If you’re looking for a cozy,peaceful,and beautiful little place to stay this place is perfect. It’s a nice central location to lots of things like the zoo,aquarium,and parks. Plus it is in good walking distant to public transportation. Also even with using Lyft/uber none of our rides ,excluding to the airport, cost more than $15 to get somewhere from the bnb. The host are extremely responsive and seemed very nice when we had contact. We will definitely stay here again to enjoy the private patio,comfy beds, and beautiful scenery whenever we get the chance!

My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

This is a very nice place to stay.Great location for restaurants and boutiques. We did hear the nightlife in the condo. I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

Wow!! Evans place is amazing! My family and I loved everything about it. Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park was just a short drive. The condo had plenty of space. The upstairs loft skylight was beautiful. Evan was so quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay there again!!

We had an amazing stay! Martin gave great instructions and recommendations. He even reached out hours prior to check in to let us know our air bnb was ready and offered early check in! It was extremely easy to park and get our room keys. The building staff was so kind. The room was spotless and everything was labeled for us. Our group was so impressed by the guest book that Martin created with information about the air bnb and local recommendations. The air bnb is close to everything! We had a car, but we ended up walking most places. We highly recommend this air bnb!!

This is spacious apartment with lots of space and perfect for two couples (comfortable king bed with an en suite bathroom) and a bedroom with two queens (mattresses are very high off the floor and a bit of a challenge to climb into) with a bathroom just across the office area. The space is larger than the photos portray. The outdoor private deck is very large. The space was remarkably quiet and we didn't hear any outside noise at all, despite a happening brewery just across the street. Street parking was always available, even on the weekends. Great location with loads of walkable restaurants and breweries. We didn't cook but the pan situation wasn't great. Loved the water filter with cold water option. Recommend the space!
