Great place, great places to eat, local things to do. Only downside was parking. Still would stay here again anytime I was in Portland!

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

Great apartment for a long weekend . Communication with Rachel was quick, we didn’t need anything once we checked it. Happy we could bring our dogs with us. TY for having us.

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful space and the views of Sunday River and the surrounding area are amazing! Michael was very flexible and responsive and we have this earmarked for a return visit!

Exceptional apartment! I was traveling with my extended family and we all felt so comfortable in Ani’s beautiful home. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggest - sprawling, even. Check-in and check-out were simple. The beds and couches were so comfortable. Bright, sunny, happy space - steps away from the Eastern Promenande and great bakeries, and a short walk to the Old Port. Wonderful spot & we’ll definitely be back!!

What a fabulous place! Our family of four used Annie’s place for a ski week and it was perfect. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Great kitchen and dining room. Great location. And Annie was a fantastic, proactive host. One thing I’ll note (and I’m sure someone else has too): the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep. Not a big deal, but something to note. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

Fantastic property. Quaint, historic studio apartment, five minutes from town. Everything was clean and they even left half and half in the fridge for our morning coffee. We’ll definitely be staying here in the future. Thanks again!

Beautiful spot only 8 minutes away from the Sunday River resort. Walkable to the local restaurants if you like, or a 2 minute drive to any of them otherwise (check out Sud’s Bar). Place was spotless, easy check in / check out, lots of parking, cute fireplace, and I’m a sucker for a hot tub, which was massive (bring flip flops, since it’s in the gravel part of the backyard). Overall, fantastic experience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a weekend spot with easy access to Sunday River. Thanks, Mark!
