The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

Uber to John Lennon airport cost around £12 / to city centre around £14. Room for 2 extra guests on sofa bed £20 per person per night. The hot tub is an additional cost of £50 per night.
