The open plan space has a sitting area, bathroom, bed, kitchen and dining table. You are also welcome to share part of our garden to sit outside. The annexe has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please without interruption, but please note it is adjoined to our family home and you may hear us from time to time. Parking is on street.

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Studio 28, a stylish, sunny, studio apartment

We transformed our large 70 sq. meter double garage into a stylish, open-plan studio apartment with a bleached oak hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux skylights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
