The place was so much nicer than I was expecting! Every detail of the house was amazing. The towels and washcloths and bedding were excellent, not the cheap ones you usually get. I appreciated the floor lamps. The place was filled with wonderful little upgrades. Everything was spotless. My little dog enjoyed okaying in the fenced in yard. It was very peaceful. I definitely want to go back!

The Sunflower Cottage was perfect! The location was gorgeous and quiet. Charley was able to accommodate for an early check in, which was appreciated! The guest book had great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, but we also enjoyed relaxing in the tiny home and in the private fire pit area. There is also a beautiful sunset watching spot within a 10 minute walk! Thank you, Charley! We will be returning.

Fabulous cabin!!! Excellent hosts. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to escape from the chaos of the real world.

This place was perfect for our crew of 12 (three families)! Plenty of space for everyone, and the kids loved having their own area downstairs. Ample storage for all our ski gear, including access to the garage, made things super convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped for group meals, and the living spaces were cozy and great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend! Thanks Aric.

Staying at David’s RV in the peach orchard was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, David made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond — helping us plan out the perfect day, prepping the pool so our kids could jump in right away, and giving us an amazing, in-depth tour of both the RV and the beautiful orchard. The RV itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything we needed and more. Waking up surrounded by the peaceful orchard was such a treat. David’s passion and care for his property really shine through in every detail. If you’re looking for a stay that feels special and genuinely welcoming, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay with easy access to everything in the surrounding area for Montrose

Had a great stay in this adorable tiny home! It was perfect for just me, but could easily sleep 5 people. The kitchen was so cute and seemed well appointed. I loved the location- easy to find and far enough off the road to not be bothered by road noise. The tiny homes are extremely close together, so luckily this one had plenty of curtains for privacy. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fans were really nice for some airflow. I would stay here again!

This is a lovely home. It is one of our favorite hangouts when we come to the grand Valley. Palisade is a wonderful little town with lots of vineyards and lots of culture. The homemade ice cream is excellent and this house is definitely apart of this wonderful valley I highly recommend staying here.

Nothing but good things to say about Rene’s place. Situated in a totally unique, rustic camper with direct views of the mountains. Has a grill, kitchen, shower, and fire pit! Really all you could ask for and more in the heart of Colorado wine country. Totally recommend for anyone considering staying in Paonia
