We had the most amazing stay. The location is perfect, just a short drive to everything is Newcastle and Kotara shopping centre is only 8mins away. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. There pool was lovely, perfect for the very warm days we had. We took our 1 year old for her 1st birthday and the place was very kid friendly. Daz is really lovely, lots of great recommendations and excellent communication.

Stunning and stylish appointed home. Every detail of interior design thoughtfully considered. There were many highlights especially the spa but also loved outdoor dining the upstairs living, quiet evening from the upstairs balcony. We rented the house as a couple which was superb and brought our daughters cavvie. We look forward to booking again soon and bringing our daughter to enjoy. Our stay at Bella Vista was pure heaven. It’s been 10 days since we left and every day we have reminisced, scrolled through photos and contemplated when we can visit again! My son said today ‘I don’t want to go to school, why can’t we just live at Bella Vista!!’ This place was perfect for a family getaway. It was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. We can’t wait to go back.

The cabin was a lovely escape. So peaceful, a gorgeous view of the valley both from the heated spa where we also sat and counted the satellites we could pick out trundling their way through near earth orbit among the stars at night. We were visited by kangaroos, kookaburras, and a goanna who wandered all the way up to the back deck to check on us, and drank tea sitting on the bench that overlooks the valley while the mist evaporated in the morning sun to revealed the gorgeous view. The hosts were wonderfully helpful - checking in and keeping in touch in the lead up to our stay, and even providing a heads up of traffic issues with clear detour directions for us to get to the location safely. I would absolutely recommend to others, and will definitely consider returning in the future.

This tiny home experience was incredible. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including amazing bath and fire. Cam was super friendly and responsive to everythkng we needed. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay! Would come back again.

The place is clean and tidy, you can walk to the beach and close to a lot of activities even kids activities we hat a lot of fun I recommend going to this place

Communication from Jane was excellent. The space was absolutely lovely with stunning views, close to lots of activities and with a well supplied kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

The space is amazing. Outstanding views, large comfortable Sofas and nice bedding and pillows - the property was spotless clean and very well stocked with everything you need. We didn’t want for anything. Glennys was a masterful host. Highly recommended

One of the best views I have ever seen. House is great for a holiday get away. Well stocked with plates and bowls etc. the house has lovely amenities and close to water which is awesome for fishing and supping. Would definitely go back! Lovely trail runs in area too! It’s a lovely home!

Beautiful place for the kids to get outdoors along with a wide space indoors for more intimate family time. Absolutely loved our stay here.

We had such an amazing escape here! We drove up and just said "WOW!". The views and jacuzzi take the cabin to the next level. The local wildlife make for such an adventure with the kids, and there is lots to do, despite being so remote. The kids loved playing pool and table tennis at the resort end. Susanne and Dave had everything in the house that we needed and provided the comforts and added extras that just made it all the more thoughtful. Come here prepared to cook all meals or drive into town and grab a meal, even the drive is nice. We loved clocking off from the world and just enjoying our time away from all the busy. Thanks so much for making our stay so memorable :)

The most memorable get away we have ever had. Adorable and comfortable cabin with the most spectacular views. Adults, teens and kids all loved our stay and didn't want to leave. We had a beautiful and tranquil weekend here. It was absolutely stunning. Of course the highlight were the gorgeous animals who so friendly and approachable and made the trip feel magical. Loved the spa inside the cabin. Bed was really comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I would highly recommend kylies artists cottage! absolutely beautiful, her sculptures and artworks were even more beautiful and incredible than I could've imagined. Great location, walking distance to town. Very comfy bed, great sleep! Definitely will be returning to this beautiful accommodation!
