Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Uns hat die Unterkunft besonders gut gefallen. Zum einen, ist die Unterkunft schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind neuwertig und nicht abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, weil es um die Villa herum ruhig ist und man dennoch sehr nah an der Stadt und somit an Restaurants Bars und Clubs ist. Man hat also alles von deinem. Der Poolbereich hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass man sich in Ruhe Sonnen und diese ausnutzen kann. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist super. Diese Unterkunft ist super empfehlenswert. Es sind super süße Katzen in der Umgebung, die sich nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit sehnen. Das war das aller schönste was wir in unserem Urlaub erleben durften.

Son derece memnun kaldım. Hemen benimle iletişim kuruldu .Ne sorsam cevap aldım, onlarla ilgisi olmasa bile .İşlerinde çok iyiler onu anladım. Villaya gelince hersey gösterildiği gibi ve tertemiz .. Abarti yok hicbir ayrintida ,kullanisli ,kaliteli ve dedikleri kadar hatta daha fazla klas..Evimde gibiydim ..Villanın yeri ,konumu ve muhit muhteşem. Her fırsatta tercih edeceğim tek yer .Artık bodrumda evimiz var diyebilirim..Bana hissettirdikleri bunlar ..Burdan da tekrar hersey için teşekkür etmiş olayım. Teşekkürler bovilla ailesi !

Amazing! You will not be disappointed. Murat’s home is ideal for a family gathering or group vacation! Well appointed with everything you need. The resort is first rate too. A short cab ride to town. Murat helped us with everything we needed and was extremely responsive. Book this property.

Appartamento molto carino, comodo, luminoso e funzionale. Vi è la possibilità di cucinare in quanto è dotato di fornelli a induzione, pentole, padelle, piatti, posate e lavandino. Ottima posizione, in luogo tranquillo a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e a 5 minuti dal supermercato Konstantinos. Elisabeth è gentile e molto disponibile, ci ha aiutato a raggiungere l'appartamento dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie, e ci ha inoltre fornito suggerimenti su come spostarci, sugli orari dei bus e sui prezzi di bus e taxi, consigliandoci anche luoghi da visitare. Host fantastica, speriamo di tornare presto!

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ein Strand direkt für der Haustür als währe es ein eigener privater nur für uns . Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und Mega freundlich Wir würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen

4 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahiplerimiz çok güvenilir ve tatlılardı. Ev fotoğraflarda anlatıldığından daha iyiydi, çok temizdi. Evin konumu oldukça iyi, yalıkavak marinaya yürüme mesafesinde, ulaşım sıkıntısı çekmedik. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum, tereddüt etmeden konaklayabilirsiniz.

Amazing stay here in Bodrum! The apartment was incredibly clean and very modern. The view of the sea from the window is stunning. Yamaç is a wonderful host- check-in was very easy, he responded to all questions immediately, and helped us find taxis. The street is very quiet but there’s a nice market open late nearby. The beds are very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again as it felt like a true vacation.

Yer olarak çok merkezi bir konumda, aynı zamanda izole, mahremiyet konusunda da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. Melis hanım bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Önceden rica ettiğimiz her şeyi sağlamıştı. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulan mutfak eşyaları tamdı. Her odada klima olması ısınma açısından muhteşemdi asla üşümedik. Ayrıca Melis hanımın annesi bize tatlı bile getirdi çok naziklerdi. Otopark sorunu da yok onu da ayarlıyorlar. Yine gelirsek kalacağımız yer burası.

Meral Hanım ve eşi son derece misafirperver ve cok yardımcılar, ev kutu gibi ihtiyac duyulacak herşey mevcut cok guzel dizayn edilmiş aşırı sakin ve huzurluydu, her gün sitenin kendi plajından faydalandık , deniz suyu aşırı temizdi ve doğal havuz cok keyifliydi cocuklar cok mutlu oldular, ev marketlere cok yakındı alışveriş konusunda sorun yaşamdık ama araç şart, cok huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar cok tşk ederiz misafirperverliğiniz için🙏🏻

Bodrum’daki bu Airbnb, şimdiye kadar kaldığım en keyifli yerlerden biriydi. Konumu harika; sessiz ve huzurlu, ama Bodrum’un merkezine ve plajlara çok yakın. Ev modern ve konforlu bir şekilde döşenmiş, geniş ve aydınlık bir yaşam alanına sahip. Yataklar oldukça rahat ve evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Bahçe alanı da çok güzeldi, özellikle sıcak günlerde serinlemek için mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi inanılmaz misafirperverdi; konaklama boyunca gösterdiği ilgiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Burada kaldığım süre boyunca kendimi hem çok rahat hem de evimde gibi hissettim. Bodrum’u keşfetmek veya sadece dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Burada tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle dört gözle bekliyorum ve herkese tavsiye ederim!

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

Locuinta lui Jamal este foarte frumoasa si are o priveliste extraordinara! Se ajunge repede cu masina in Yalykavak unde sunt multe restaurante bune si magazine pentru cumparaturi. Casa este dotata cu tot ce-i trebuie si are si o piscina privata. Jamal a fost o gazda minunata cu care am putut comunica foarte usor.

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
