Stayed here for a quick weekend trip with my girlfriend and we had a blast. Not only was the view perfect, but there were super clear instructions on everything that needed to be done. The hot tub was perfect to cool off steam and the area was just perfect. Just a quick 3-5 minutes from the the main street. Would definitely recommend if you are in Estes Park!

We loved this place right on the water AND walkable to downtown. The bedroom we stayed in had a view right out to the water and also had dining and seating area with a view as well. So peaceful. Shower had great water pressure which is always a win for me. Bed was super comfortable and the house had no problems staying warm in the cold weather. Kitchen stocked with every thing we needed, too!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless throughout the entire process. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from The Stanley, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Plus, it was super easy to find, which took all the stress out of arriving. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The property was spotlessly clean with plenty of natural light. It had a beautifully landscaped yard with an awesome hot tub. There are tons of beautiful art and photos throughout the house. I have rented many Air B&B's in the past, and this property is one of the best. It exceeded our expectations.

This is one of the best Airbnb‘s I have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable. I slept for almost 12 hours on the first night. The kitchen was intuitive and gave me ideas about how I want to change my own kitchen up at home. I liked cooking there better than my own kitchen! The place is very cozy and extremely well kept.

We stayed in unit 1 which was right on the river. This was such a beautiful location and so peaceful. Located so closely to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park is in the back yard! I cannot wait to return to this location!

This resort was fantastic, other reviews mention thin walls, which is accurate, but did not ruin the magic for us. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be returning as soon as possible!

Ryan was the best host and his interaction and texts back and forth, made a very stressed situation (father - hospice & passing) bearable. He reached out immediately upon booking, and did everything in his power to make it a great stay. His orchard was starting to come into leaf and we wish we could have stayed to watch it all unfurl. At night the view is beautiful, as his property sits higher than the others. We would take our dog out and let her explore the large area while we just mellowed out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the night. When my dad passed he surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. He provided us with food recommendations etc when needed, honey and eggs from own aviary and hens Home is clean and bright, I looked forward to it after time spent caring for dad, so relaxing. Neighbourhood older, you can walk safely up and down street, and easy to get around town from. If or when I go back to Colorado, I will be booking Ryan's first if available. Great job!

Right on the Boulder Canyon Trailhead, 10min to Boulder and right on Boulder Creek. Great deal and very unique space.

This was the perfect spot for my family to retreat to after a long day of skiing. The house was very spacious, it had a great layout with three big bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The private creek in the back was incredible! We loved sitting out there watching the kids play near the water. Georgetown is the cutest town! We loved the corner candy store, the ice-cream was delicious. We went on a couple great hikes and played at both playgrounds. We ate at Cabin Creek brewery one night and we were pleasantly pleased with the food and the service. We hope to visit again next year. We made so many wonderful memories. Thanks Reyn for sharing your house with us!

It was an amazing stay, only thing id say is that the heaters aren’t that powerful and It seemed like the fire place could have worked its just there was no wood! But it was an amazing place to stay and rest for a couple days! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect charming cottage to relax and enjoy the evening sunsets. Gloria and her husband were so welcoming and kind, including their animals. The cottage had all that i needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and peaceful property.

Had a very good experience, Tonia was very responsive and friendly. The highlands is a very peaceful area in Denver with lots of restaurants and things to do. The space was comfortable and very unique with all of the artwork. Would definitely stay here again!

Britt’s cabin was wonderful to come home to during our ski vacation week! It was a blast from the past featuring some old-school decor and cool light fixtures from days gone by. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean upon arrival. Both beds were extremely comfortable, and they were plenty of linens and blankets for anyone sleeping on the couch. The pullout couch does dip in the center so not well-suited for two persons. The location is extremely private and quiet but yet only a 10 minute drive to the Mary Jane base. The only amenity we would have liked to have was a dishwasher, but we adjusted to it right away. The TV is huge and there are many games and cards to enjoy. We cooked almost every night in the kitchen was well stocked with every thing that we needed. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub after a hard day on the slopes, and we all enjoyed the wrap around porch seating area. I am thankful that Britt accepts pets in her home and I would definitely return!

My husband, myself, and 3 of our adult kids stayed in this cozy, adorable cottage for 6 nights in late November, and we loved our stay! First of all, the location is beautiful! We enjoyed walking around in the quiet neighborhood admiring the views. It snowed one day while we were there (which was gorgeous!) and we were impressed by how quickly the road and our driveway were plowed. We cooked all our own meals during our stay, and the well-equipped kitchen made it so easy. Seriously, it has everything! We were very comfortable- nice beds, plenty of seating, smart TV in living room, a big dining table for eating and working. The internet worked great even with 2 people working remotely. The family room downstairs is really cute - nice to have extra space for spreading out. We also used the washer and dryer, and loved playing air hockey. The hosts are great & were very helpful whenever we had questions. They have really thought of everything a guest could want or need. This is a gem!

a wonderful place to stay for beautiful cottage core vibes in Littleton, Colorado! Far enough outside of Denver where you don’t have to worry about a lot of noise and traffic, but still close enough to go and do everything you want to do!

Everything was as pictured. Host was very responsive. We had an incredible time in Denver and having this place to go to was amazing. The space is amazing and felt so good to have such a location to stay in. We are so grateful and feel truly lucky that we were able to stay here.

We had a great time. The hosts were very communicative. The house was warm, beautifully decorated and gave us a sense of history being on the mountain to ski. It deepened our experience and was lovely.

Kodiak Lodge is a wonderful Airbnb - a little piece of magic! The location is fabulous but the lodge is modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the shuffleboard especially! Also have thank you for the larder with basics - so convenient!

Was a nice and cozy place. Our family loved it! It was local to all the fun things to do on grand Avenue, plus walking distance to the lake. Our host was very responsive and the place was immaculately clean! We would definitely stay there again.
