Little Red Studio - 5mins walk to waterfront&cafes

This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

PLEASE NOTE Less than 4 guests-The back of the house which contains more Beds will be locked off. You still have access to the 2nd Bathroom & Laundry. If more paid guests are staying, let us know for access to this room. Quirky & quaint, this century+ barn is a charming studio retreat for couples. Filled with upcycled treasures and vintage comforts, it blends character with comfort. Just a short walk from cafés, shops, parklands and the beachfront, with Sandgate Station only 700m away (3 stops to BEC). Brisbane Airport is a 15-minute drive and the CBD is a 30-minute train ride. Wander up the Secret Garden path and step into your own peaceful hideaway, with a plunge pool to cool you on those hot humid days.

Gran’s Guesthouse - Tranquil Studio with 12m Pool

Stay with us for a peaceful break on an acreage property, away from the hustle and bustle, with abundant native birds and animals including our elusive koalas, often heard and occasionally spotted. Gran’s guest house is close to the main house with it’s own access and kitchenette, ensuite, two queen size beds (very close together) in a studio space. You have access to the pool directly out the front door. We provide a generous, seasonal, continental breakfast basket to help you settle in.
