Cozy cottage with a short walk to the ocean. Just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful day Stay here! We love to walk, and the location was just perfect for that. Great walks to the beach, and around town. Excellent restaurants within a short walk. An easy walk to the harbor to catch the ferry to the islands. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return. So glad we found this place.❤️

Great spot. Follins Pond is fantastic for kayaking and paddle boarding and provides awesome sunset views from the back porch. "The Pearl" gives off spa like vibes when you walk into calm music and good smells. Very clean and plenty of room. The sauna is a great touch in making it feel like a mini resort. Adrianna and Tara provided great resources on the go to spots in the area. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! We are repeat customers and can’t wait to go back. The best hosts, so kind and communicative. The home is the most practical air b&b we’ve ever stayed at and the cleanest place down to the tiniest of details. All that and pet friendly. Can’t say enough good things and forever grateful. Can’t wait to return.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

We needed a place for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday and found Erica and Pete’s to be a very comfortable and spacious place to land after a busy weekend in NYC. Everything was clean and as described. They even let us check in early which was helpful. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable and we loved the ample space in the living room with two big couches for movie night. Streaming shows + movies was easy. Love the scheduled sign out of your services feature on the TV. We did have to bring our own linens which can be a pain when you’re traveling from the west coast but luckily my parents live close and we can store some there. Needed a few extra comforters to get cozy but heat worked well and everyone was warm. They had toiletries like shampoo conditioner and body wash in each bathroom which is always a plus! The boys also loved the ping pong table downstairs :) Overall great stay - very easy and comfortable! Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Bryan’s house. We regularly visited Cape Cod from Scotland before our son was born, but this was our first visit with him (aged 7) and wanted to be sure we found the right place. The Harwich Haven was everything we could have wanted and more - spacious, clean, full of all the amenities we needed, and in a really fantastic location. Bryan was a tremendous host - always responsive, helpful and accommodating. We can’t recommend this home enough - the design and layout are thoughtful and we could easily imagine two families staying here without any problems (as it was, it was just the three of us enjoying the space immensely). Thanks Bryan - we dearly hope we can visit again soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

We had a girls trip for a few days. We chose this house because it had plenty of room and bathrooms for the 5 of us. The bedroom on the first floor is a bonus for those having trouble with stairs. All of the beds and pillows(!)are very good-like tempurpedic! The hosts were quickly responsive. We noticed the kitchen did not have a coffee pot except a single cup Keurig-not great for the number the house can hold. One was delivered the next morning. The house is great, my four or 3 stars are for upkeep, and lack of freshness for the price. The house was clean, but a number of light bulbs (and many different shades of white)were out, the walls, moldings and baseboards were badly in need of paint. There were tp holders that had fallen off and a shower head on the bathroom counter. There were no instructions about what to do with trash /garbage. We had to leave bags in the kitchen. We suggest a comprehensive binder with house instructions. We had a great time. The house is just tired.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

What a beautiful place! Melissa and George were great hosts that think of all the details. When Airbnb got started we felt this was the exact vibe they were going for. It was authentic to cape cod culture and made us feel right at home. There is a little history book on the table that is worth the read and they also left us a booklet with current activities. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

The cabin was exactly as described. It was private, clean, and had all the modern amenities while still retaining a rustic feel. It was pet friendly so we brought along our black lab. He had a great time exploring the large yard and the woods around it. We had a peaceful and rejuvenating weekend. Best of all - it was so close to the ocean that you can see it from the end of the driveway.

Private and serene is spot on! Adam and Ben are incredible hosts, very responsive to questions/needs, and their rental has everything you need. The rental itself is very cute and spacious, and was very clean upon arrival. We had the best week closing out summer vacation with our kids and pups. Looking forward to returning!

Cute little house in a very quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to beach-not our main focus in November as we were there for a wedding. We had 6 people and I felt if 8 people in this house as advertised might be a bit cramped. Living area was small, one bathroom very tiny, bedrooms adequate. We had a very nice stay !!

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

Akansha & Manav were wonderful hosts. Their beautiful little ranch is exactly as described - a well-appointed, open floor plan that feels spacious and cozy. The interior was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were everything I'd have and need at home - including a well-stocked kitchen with supplies, etc for those that enjoy cooking and grilling. I didn't have the chance to enjoy the firepit and grill as much as I'd like given my winter stay, but it's a cute backyard with lights - peaceful spot to unwind. As hosts, Akansha & Manav were incredibly kind and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting Manav in person while he was for a few spring maintenance projects. The house is newly repainted and fresh inside. I was a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, local trails, beach, ponds, and bike paths, and Mashpee Commons. It checked all of my needs and more - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Falmouth / Mashpee area.

This place was perfect for us. Our pup is reactive with other dogs. Although she knew there was a dog next door, the fence is solid and she couldn’t see. Absolutely wonderful stay and we rebooked before we had even left!

Ananta was very communicative and proactively helpful. Her residence was very accommodating for a family of 6 plus a cat. We all really enjoyed our stay. P.S. Thank you for the welcome snacks and the plant!
