Retreat to the sitting room, perfect for adult conversation and a glass of red in front of the wood fire while the rest of your group enjoy the activities and free wifi in the family room. Come together in the country kitchen for meals. Walk in the beautiful cottage garden, pick fresh fruit and spend the evening around the fire pit under the stars.

Trewent Cottage is a cozy 1 bedroom cottage in Smith Brook, centrally located between Manjimup and Pemberton in the heart of the southern forests. The rustic cottage is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the fresh country air, abundant birdlife and to explore the many sights of the region. Within easy reach are national parks, coastal and forest lookouts, walking and cycling trails, wineries, breweries and local produce. Please note there is no wifi access & only limited mobile reception.

Maslin St Farmhouse

A short drive from Bridgetown centre, Maslin St Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy walking through the gardens and exploring the paddocks and dam whilst watching the sheep, alpacas, ducks and chooks on this five acre property. Bookings for up to 6 guests include bedrooms 1,2&3 plus two bathrooms. Additional bedrooms and spa bathroom available at extra cost. Maslin St Cottage has extra accommodation on the same property. NB there are working bee hives on the property.

Note initial pricing is for 2 guests using one bedroom-if using 2 bedrooms please list guest numbers as 3 (for 2 guests) or correct number of guests for 3/4 guests. Pricing will adjust accordingly.

The Green Welly Farm stay

The Green Welly is the most beautiful little farm stay located within walking distance from the centre of Bridgetown, sleeping 6 to 8 people. The Main House has 3 x King/Queen bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. If needed, The Nook is the 4th Dbl bedroom/bathroom and is located in a converted cellar below, and can be added upon request. Stunning views of the rolling hills from the multiple veranda's, and 2 x pot belly fireplaces.

The American style barn house is discreetly nestled in the secluded tranquil grounds of Birdwood Park Estate, a small seventeen acre hobby farm bound by Balingup Brook on three sides and the Avenue of Honour on the fourth.
