I had a wonderful one-and-a-half-month stay at Maria’s Airbnb. The environment was elegant and comfortable, making for a fantastic living experience. The surrounding area was convenient for daily life, and taking the 465 bus to the large shopping center was very easy, I especially appreciate Maria’s warm hospitality—she not only arranged an early check-in but also thoughtfully reminded me of the garbage collection schedule during my stay, making everything smoother and more comfortable. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Bricks was a perfect home away from home for our family whilst visiting Melbourne. Myki cards were at the house for us to use for public transport access which was fantastic. A short walk to food outlets, supermarkets and the train station. Karena and Rob were great at communicating and checked up on us after our arrival to ensure we had settled in. Highly recommend! Thanks K&R for a great stay!

The location was excellent, and the thoughtful touches, like good coffee, breakfast cereals, and milk, made the stay even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely return in the future.

Car parking in the general area can be a challenge, often a short walk required. We were fortunate with the weather, but if wet it may have been more of an issue. It is an area problem, not an issue with the host.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described. The location was ideal, close to local restaurants, shops, and public transport.

A very nice and spacious apartment with very homely interior. The apartment is in a very nice walking distance to a lot of nice cafes and the host was very responsive with text messages.

Such a convenient and easy to find spot! Close to everything you need! Place was neat and tidy. Bhanu was super responsive and helpful around our check-out time which we really appreciated. The guest book Bhanu had was so good and helpful and made us want to explore more of the area! One thing to note is limited items, no dishwasher liquid or pods even for just one load. But understand that the listing says basic welcome amenities provided and what was there and won’t be replenished, that’s fine. Noise from neighbours travels a little, but it’s to be expected in a unit surrounded by other residents :) Thank you Bhanu!

Deniz as a host was helpful and responded quickly. When asked, Replaced the hot water kettle and floor standing fan along with some kitchen accessories almost immediately via her property manager !! Appreciated acceptance of a late checkout without additional charges as a friendly gesture. A stay at Deniz’s apartment would be highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our stay for the 6 nights we were there. Thank you once again for everything Deniz !!

Overall this was the most interesting Airbnb I’ve been to, it was very chill and close to a lot of shops and very walking distance friendly. There was a lot in the apartment to explore very vibey and would recommend to others, the bed was also very comfortable especially with an ac in the room. Overall loved this Airbnb and would definitely book again

Amazing host, went above and beyond 😌

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

It was lovely and close to my train station, the pool was enjoyable and I felt safe

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

The apartment was fantastic with incredible views and great access to Southbank restaurants and CBD. Colin was a excellent host. Very responsive, informative and accommodating. Will definitely stay again in the future!
