Peter has been an excellent host with clear communication and introduction to the accommodation. A quiet place to relax with a town / national parks nearby to explore.

Gary was a great host who was friendly and easy to communicate with. The Kestrel Cottage was maintained in a superb way, provided us with everything we needed, and was such a unique and charming place to stay. The attention to detail in the cottage made it feel like a true home away from home, and the peaceful farm surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. Waking up to the sounds of nature and taking in the beautiful views was truly refreshing. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the cozy yet spacious interior. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and memorable getaway!

The Shearer’s Quarters is basic in its rooms and shared bathroom but authentic in its decor and decoration. Our second visit and we were pleased with the upgrades and care of the property since our last time. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at YARDUP Shearers Quarters and would highly recommend. However …. The location of the property is the star attraction! Perfect for access to the Stirling Ranges and surrounding natural landscapes, and just relaxing in the expansive vistas. And we always love the fire pit … !!

Such a great place to stay with the dogs! Loved the extras like the fresh eggs and the food to feed the farm animals. Fantastic location too. We did the granite skywalk which was just a 25 minute drive and it was reassuring to know our dogs were safe in the secure garden area back at the house. Would love to come back in the winter when we can put the log fire on! Thank you!

Lovely surroundings and very peaceful. Kind and helpful host. Beautiful cows outside the window. No/poor mobile phone signal (and no wifi) would be the only draw (but also good with digital detox). Else 10/10.

Once again, Caro provided a neat, clean & deceivingly spacious apartment for the weekend. The Studio has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in & the paint colour in the toilet matches my personality well!! Thank you so much for being so accommodating Caro, we appreciate your hospitality.

Serene and beautiful place on Kylee's farm - she was kind enough to allow for an early check-in, which allowed us to rest a little before heading to Castle Rock for a late afternoon hike! Loved the animal feed provided and the feeding of the alpacas and sheep (probably the highlight!) The eggs provided were a lovely surprise too, we were honoured to try some eggs from the hens of the Cluckingham palace (got a chuckle out of us for sure!). Highly recommend!
