Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

The accomodations were above and beyond our expectations! The condo was well stocked and instructions were clearly labeled and written. A true ski in/ski out- on the slopes in minutes and was nice to have options on skiing back depending upon skier's levels. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

Very responsive host; beautiful house; close to the slopes

It was a really relaxing and amazing experience staying at this cabin with my family. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was an unbelievable experience. Communication from the hosts was great, and the inside of the cabin was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

The Alpaca Airbnb is exactly as described. We had our dogs with us which is always special to share experiences with them. The property is beautiful and we walked around multiple times a day to let the dogs run and play. We also saw the elk herd everyday during our stay. Once, they were even on the property versus across the street. The animals are wonderful and so friendly. We were able to feed them and hang out with them which was such a unique experience. The home is quite cozy and well stocked. There were plenty of supplies and ways to clean up after yourself which is always nice. I wish we had more time to read some of the books in the massive book collection. There were plenty of games to play as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to go back in the warmer months.

First, take a photo of the key code and text to your group. I did not and left my phone in the house. So, yes, I locked us out. Everything was on my phone. My friend sent a message through AirBnB to Wendy explaining what happened. She called her right away and got us back in the house. Phew! The house is a 10-minute walk to downtown Salida, which is so cute. Full of shops, places to each, art galleries, stores for kids, an arcade, etc. One can walk to the grocery too. The house had everything we needed. It is nicely maintained, quiet and comfortable. Our only issue was the one bathroom. We managed with it. If you have a teen who takes forever anytime they in the bathroom, this could be a problem. Plenty of hot water for several showers in a row and lots of towels. Really like having the washer/dryer access even a drying rack. I would stay here again!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

Good place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. It’s a pretty easy drive Monarch (about 43 min depending on traffic & how you drive) for skiing too.

This was the perfect stay for our Breck trip! Very easy to walk to the shuttle that takes you right to the Gondola!

The house was very roomy for the 6 people in our group. The master bathroom was especially spacious with a double sink vanity. We were excited to be in walking distance to downtown Salida and the river. We utilized the BBQ grill and enjoyed family time in the backyard area.

We booked this space for a long ski weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Located in the middle of Leadville and convenient to everything nearby. The house was clean and well equipped and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Would rent again!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and to the lift. The apartment and overall hotel was clean and adequately spaced for a family of 4. We would have liked to have swapped out some of our towels at some point over the 6 night stay but the hotel wouldn't do it without host authorization. We didn't receive a response to our request so perhaps our message was accidentally overlooked. That being said, we would stay here again in the future and Oliver was very responsive otherwise leading up to our check-in. Having stayed at ~10 other locations over the last 15 years in Breckenridge, this location is relatively good value, the underground parking was convenient, and the proximity to downtown and to the ski lift was very good.

What a great to spot to stay in Breckenridge!! The walk to the Quicksilver chairlift was even closer than I thought it would be. On an obvious path with signs that tell you where to go. Very close to all of the restaurants on Main Street. The apartment itself was clean and cozy and very enjoyable and as described. It was also possibly the closest building to the pool and hot tubs, making for just a quick walk in the cold which was very nice. 100% would stay again!

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

Great place easy to locate and quiet. Clean and cozy, parking very simple and comes with one underground heated garage parking space! 5 min walk to Quicksilver lift and ticket booth. Good Communication and quickly available when needed. Easy check out instructions, I would stay here again!

The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location. It's a short walk to Main Street, and to the lift (which was closed due to peaks 9 and 10 closing in April). A bus stop is a few hundre yards away. Everything about our stay was great.

Jennifer's place was terrific! Highly recommend! It was in the perfect location to ski in/ski out to the snowflake life and 4 o'clock run. We could watch skiers and snowboarders right from the back window and patio - but you can also close the blinds and never felt it invaded privacy. The location is walkable to the main street for restaurants, parking spot included. She truly thought of so many extras in the Airbnb including all the kitchen appliances, pool/hot tub towels, humidifier, and an ice pack after being out all day! It was so quiet even though it was the ground floor. Heated floors were such a plus and it was truly a wonderful getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brandi’s condo! It was a perfect location - easily walkable to downtown and the base for skiing. We would definitely stay again in the future!

This place was one of the best for the price and location. Would recommend and definitely would stay again, very communicative and such good views!
