I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are a group of ladies from Summit ED who had to find last minute accommodations after a double booked hut disaster. Kia and Rob went out of their way to have the place ready and open early on the day of our trip. The place is perfect and accommodates so many people comfortably. The hot tub is lovely and the view is out of this world! The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. I’m only sad that I only saw moose poops and not an actually moose. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a chilly Spring weekend with a dusting of snow so we snuggled up by the fire, read books and enjoyed cooking in the very well appointed kitchen. We look forward to coming back soon! Beautiful and comfortable home!

Jeremy is a great host! The space is beautiful and the scenery can’t be beat. Everything was immaculate. Jeremy was quick to offer remote controls to park in the garage since snow was expected during our stay. It was a really nice perk given my elderly parents were staying with us. We had a great week at Monarch with all the fresh snow!

Our stay in Breckenridge was made extra special because of the beautiful home we booked. We came a fairly long distance in order to be with family, both young and old, and this location was perfect for us. It is a drive, or a longer shuttle ride to the resort, but for us it worked out and we were still able to park down at the resort to ski. The surrounding area was fantastic to walk and super dog friendly. The home itself provided absolutely every amenity we needed and the fully-stocked kitchen was ideal for us, since we cooked most meals at home. Lots of spacious bedrooms, an individual bathroom for every bedroom and a large open living room / dining room that provided room for everyone. This is not your traditional airbnb. It is someone's loving home with lots of personality and beautiful creative touches. It made us feel at home ourselves. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Proximity to skiing can’t be beat. Simply walk to Nordic center / free shuttle pick up and it’s a 2-3 minute ride to peak 7 & 8. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets, family games, fans & humidifiers. Appreciate that there’s a small stash of spices, seasoning and oils in pull out pantry. We had a large group and appreciated all the pots and pans for cooking meals The hot tub after a long day of skiing was awesome! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and look forward to our next trip to Breck!

This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

We had a lovely stay. The house is incredible - tons of space, immaculate and well-cared for. Carrie responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful with a special request to surprise my son. Thank you for helping us create some wonderful memories, Carrie!

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this space is! The views, the woodwork, the hospitality, and the vibes were all top tier. This was the perfect stay for our Breck trip! Very easy to walk to the shuttle that takes you right to the Gondola!

The Spirt Line Cabin is truly the most incredible Airbnb I have ever experienced. The charm, rich character and craftsmanship is truly awe inspiring. With the addition of quality furniture & decor that suits the cabin and offers an immersive stay full of comfort. We loved the outdoor, saltwater hot tub, one of the best we’ve soaked in. We can’t wait to rebook and return. This is one special place with owners/airbnb hosts that care about offering an amazing stay, with depth of attention to detail.

What a gem this place is! The home itself is exquisite - beautiful decor, wonderful layout, and every room having a really nice king bed with nice linens was such a plus. The location is awesome, being just a couple blocks from downtown, a 10 minute walk to the river and disc golf course basically in the backyard. Breathtaking views from each deck as well. We loved that we were able to bring our pups and have a backyard space for them, and were able to take them out easily for walks/dips in the river. It was such a beautiful place to stay, looking forward to coming back here again!

We stayed for a long weekend at Kim's place and really enjoyed our time. I don't think I've ever stayed at a location that has been that quiet. The cabin is peaceful and surrounded by trees and 360 degree views of the Collegiate Peaks and surrounding mountain range. Decks off the first and second level afforded incredible views that we didn't want to leave! The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed - plenty of towels and blankets and lots of appreciated little extras. Thank you, Kim!

Great place to stay for large groups. Four bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Laundry in the unit. Very large kitchen with plenty of space. Short walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Breckenridge for skiing.

Awesome place in Breckenridge with plenty of space for the whole Family. This place has everything you’ll need an more for an amazing experience in the mountains. Perfectly located close to everything. Well appointed kitchen, great hot tub, across the street from lift, great communication, what more can you ask for? Can’t go wrong with this one!

My family and I stayed during the week of Christmas and we really enjoyed their place. We had access to the Hot Springs in the resort down the street, which was very relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful and I would definitely recommend staying there.

House has everything we needed for large group.

Great location! Walking distance to Peak 9 Base (10 min or so), but might get tricky if carrying all ski equipment, nothing to worry about though. Really spacious and great for families. Michael really helpful and responsive to our requests! Thanks a lot.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jesse's place. The location is perfect, and right next to Snowflake Lift and Christy Sports for Ski Rentals. The hot tub was a huge plus and very much appreciated after a long day of skiing. The bedrooms were well apportioned and clean, and the kitchen had everything you could want in order to cook a great family meal. We were fortunate to grab Jesse's home when we did and we will definitely look to stay again next time we are in Breck!
