This lock-off suite is a great space for your mountain getaway! You'll have your own private entrance (up a flight of stairs on the back of the private residence) & a keycode door. Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious 1 BR/1BA suite, including a living space appointed with table, sleeper sofa, & kitchenette. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
