Little green getaway

Welcome to my little Kansas getaway. The home has a very comfortable living room, a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and big closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a bathroom with tub on the main floor. There is a 2nd bedroom on the basement level (stairs to access) with 2 full size beds along with washer/dryer. This home is only 1 block away from Main Street shopping, coffee, dining, a movie theatre, and a world-class Motorcycle museum. This house is not handicap accessible.

The Cabin is located in the small, rural town of Brewster, just off Interstate 70 between Colby and Goodland. It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.

Easy interstate and highway access without having to stay in town! The North 40 is within walking distance of a park and playground. This three bed, two bath home is family friendly. Phenomenal sunset views to the West. Restaurants, gas stations, and amenities are only 15 minutes away in either direction.
