Located on a quiet suburban street in Sunrise - a short 5 minute drive to Byron Bay. Absolutely brand new & quality built the studio has its own private entry with landscaped garden, outdoor shower & undercover patio. For a max 2 guests, the self contained studio space has a queen bed, kitchen (oven, cooktop & plenty of cupboard space), separate bathroom (with shower, toilet, vanity and laundry). Beautiful timber flooring, both ceiling fan and air-conditioning completes this lovely space.

There is free onsite parking. Property is within 500 metres to the main shopping centre, world class dining, bars and a 10 minute stroll to Byron's iconic main beach.

You are 200m from Byron's favourite cafe and restaurant, the Roadhouse, where you can have your coffee in the morning and cocktails and pizza in the evening.
