A beautiful well presented apartment. We loved the Nespresso coffee maker, supply of pods, non toxic cleaners, shampoos, etc. The water is filtered which we very much appreciated. We adjusted to the noise of the traffic, it dies down during the night. There’s no direct beach access, however the walk to main beach just takes 10 minutes.

Jenny’s place was great. It was extremely close to bars and restaurants and it felt like we were in the thick of it in Byron Bay. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there, however the apartment was awesome to hang out in. The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

Our family (two year old and 8 month old) stayed at hollys place for a four day weekend and it was excellent. Bedrooms are well appointed and the house has everything you need. The garden was beautiful and a lovely place to hang out with the kids. It’s in a great location and is very walkable to the town centre. Holly even provided a cot and a highchair. We would definitely stay again!

We had such an amazing time staying at Sharyn’s. The location is ridiculously good, a 2-minute walk to town with loads of great eating and shopping options. Walk to the supermarket, and the beach access was outstanding. The apartment is so well stocked with anything you might need, Tupperware, kitchen utensils etc. Comfy beds and different area to relax inside and out. The kids made great use of the pool and spa. Just perfect!

We loved the apartment with its Balinese feel. So close to the beach. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure!

Delightful, modern, all you need equipped property in elite enclave. We have been visiting Byron for decades and this is our new favourite place! Virtually across from Belongil beach, quiet, easy parking, and can walk to eatery and central Byron, including along the beach. Quality, cleverly designed comfortable accommodation with great amenities in excellent condition; attention to detail, well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, two quiet air conditioners, comfy bed, quality cotton linen, environmentally sensitive personal and cleaning aids and even some helpful staples for cooking, plus beach umbrella and towels to use. Enjoyed the lovely private shared saltwater pool, BBQ, outdoor lounging and dining areas, and well-equipped share laundry. Grateful for the swift, helpful responses from lovely, caring owners, Margy and Graham. Highly recommended. We had a beautiful time there and will return!

Jean is very welcoming and responsive host. The appartments have a spectacular view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets. It’s a nice and cosy place which is well equipped with everything you need. Jean even provided all the essentials like a good quality coffee, milk, bread and eggs. The drive to the town center takes approximately 10 minutes. The appartments is on the hill and there’s a steep driveway to be aware. We didn’t have any problems getting there. Will be back again. It was such a nice experience to stay at David and Sandra's place. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. David was very attentive and responsive at all times. They look after the pool and facilities so that makes it very easy for you. We did not have to contact them for cleaning the pool. Before we notices it was already done before we had to ask. Place is well kept. It is close to a beautiful entrance to Tallow's beach. In spite of bad weather, we made the most out of our stay. You have everything close to you at walking distance if you do not want to go into town. Suffolk it is only 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay, so it makes things very easy. I believe it is a great location for a relaxed holiday with the family close enough to main attractions wihouth necessarilyn been in the heart of Byron. We would definitely recommend David and Sandra's beautiful home.

Jan is very friendly and professional. She is responsive eacb time when reached out. I liked her place and found it to be cozy cottage with all the basic essentials needed for the stay. She has great taste of linens and wall art. She seems to he a kjnd himan being. I woukd recommend anuone to use her acckmodatiin and services.

A fabulous, spacious house that was well appointed, very clean & was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, an amazing selection of tea, a generous welcoming bowl of treats & beautiful fresh roses. We absolutely loved our stay, the only issue was we didn’t stay long enough. It was as a BIG tick from us.

Byron is a great place and Flori and Jack's is the perfect place to stay when there. Easy to walk to the beach restaurants and shops but a very nice and quiet house to sit and relax when you need to. Our family had a fantastic week in Byron and loved staying at Flori & Jacks. We will be back.

Rebecca was a fantastic host, and the property could accommodate three families (including the rental of the studio) which was perfect for our friends coming from overseas. Such a great location, and Rebecca was so helpful and accommodating. A perfect stay all round ~ thank you! Olivia

Très bonne maison où séjourner en famille. On était avec nos 3 ados et on avait beaucoup de place, ce qui était très agréable. Décoration soignée, cuisine bien équipée et maison très propre. Jacuzzi et planches de surf à disposition, c’était parfait. Très proche du centre de Byron en voiture. Il y a des vélos aussi mais on ne les a pas utilisés. On recommande.

A Perfect - Peaceful - Paradise A home from home. Cant wait to book this home again. We were 12 people ages 2 to 62 This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever been in. 2 minutes to New Brighton beach 5 minute drive to Christmas Beach. Both are stunning beaches for an early morning walk or swim. The house was homey, comfortable and more than large enough for so many people with its 3 different sitting areas. A well equipped kitchen, my husband loved the coffee machine. The pool was perfect to take a dip after a busy day. Tina was an incredible host. Always available to answer any questions or fix things. The dishwasher broke down a new one was delivered the next day now that’s impressive. Nothing was too much trouble. Anyone staying in this home will have the best time.

Was a great little apartment close to the beach and shops! We had a wonderful Easter break here! The host was very responsive and would absolutely recommend!
