For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

Lovely cottage and well set up. I live a place that has generous facilities such as crockery cutlery and cooking condiments etc. We were able to use the outdoor bungalow which meant our adult family could spread out. Lots of bush turkeys did keep the dog occupied but that is Byron and certainly not unique to Kathy’s. The parking at the rear was very helpful given we have a 4 wheel drive. Loved the walk to the dog beach - so close and we had the opportunity to visit the farmers market on the reserve behind Kathy’s on a Thursday. Thanks again Kathy for the flexible check in and great communication.

LOVED our stay, it was even better in person. We loved how the back gate had a private walkway to the beach and the train tracks made it feel so cool. The beach out the front was also nice and quiet, it felt peaceful like we were in our own little sanctuary but if we wanted to go to Byron it was only a short walk away.

The house is very beautiful. We and bunny （British longhair）and eggie（samoyed）were very happy to live together. It's a pity that I don't have time to go to the surrounding beach. I will come again if I have a chance!

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter's property. We went for the Bluesfest but found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the serenity of the deck and river. Surrounded by a stunning and private garden, the flat had everything we needed for our 5 day stay, where we self catered breakfast out on the deck each morning and wandered down the road to the local bar, the Salty Mangrove, for lunch and dinner on different days. Our hosts were a fascinating couple who both allowed us privacy and space, while also being great for a chat and local recommendations. Two minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the local shop and bar, you can park your car and spend the weekend exploring the local sights and beaches on foot. We could not recommend this property more highly, what a treasure. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay.

We had a 5 night getaway at Byron Beachside and really enjoyed our stay. The living areas and outdoor entertainment areas are expansive so it felt like a very luxe experience. The place was absolutely spotless, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and serving implements, and the furniture is comfortable. The bathrooms felt luxurious and the outdoor spa is a nice place to sit in the arvo with a drink! We really enjoyed walking to the beach in 100m as well as the local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Bang Bang for a nice dinner, and Frankie’s for ice cream dessert - both just around the corner. We will definitely recommend Byron Beachside to our friends if they are considering staying in Byron Bay 🙌

The perfect place to stay in Byron area. Wanda is a beautifully appointed, modern, roomy home with all amenities which backs onto stunning Tallows beach. Starting the day with stunning sunrises over the beach instantly brings the Byron vibe. Its a short walk along the beach to patrolled swimming at Broken Head. Or there's the pool. The house is an easy walk to the best cafe in Byron and grocery supplies. And its a five min drive to Bryon town centre and restaurants / shopping. We loved our stay at Wanda. Would book again.

Lovely house and responsive hosts. Location is really central but a tad noisy on a Saturday night with the passing traffic. Overall though, we would highly recommend a stay here.

Just a 10 minute walk from the hub of Byron Bay - with delicious restaurants, shops and the beautiful beaches. It’s in a prime location as it is so peaceful at night and with gorgeous views of the beach. The Airbnb is clean and has everything you need available. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this comfortable, well appointed beach house. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and nice to be be a bit away from the busyness of Byron Bay central, with a beautiful beach very nearby. Chantal was very helpful and easy going. Many thanks!

Our stay was incredible! The location was perfect for families — just a short stroll across the road to the beach, followed by relaxing afternoons by the pool. We also thoroughly enjoyed the lighthouse walk, which starts right behind the house on a scenic bush track. We spotted eagles, koalas, dolphins, and lizards — the area is teeming with wildlife! The house itself was very comfortable and modern, and ideal for a couple of families. We absolutely loved our time here and were so sad to leave this slice of paradise!

The house was big enough for 3 generations to enjoy. Can't get any closer to the ocean. Great inclusions in the kitchen and communal areas. We were torn between going to a festival and enjoying the house.

Lovely stay for my daughter and I birthday get together. So special to have a private pathway access to the beach. Beautiful clean spacious Beach House with gardens. Enjoyed Local food market day and coffee/food cafe down the road. Will definitely book again! 5 stars!

Had such an amazing little romantic getaway at this place! Great location, close to Byron but still a bit secluded and beautiful. The caravan was so cute and the bed, omg one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! The projector was perfect for cozy movies in bed. Would definitely recommend! Only tip I have is to bring either fairy lights or some candles for cozy lighting for night time.

We had a lovely stay at this beach house in Wategos. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps from the sand and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were fantastic with communication and made everything super easy from start to finish. The house itself could use a little bit of TLC, but honestly, the incredible location more than makes up for it. We'd definitely come back!

Stayed with my daughter for 3 nights. The cottage is tucked behind the host's house. It is a quiet location away from a street which is very busy when it is a good beach day. The air-conditioning was very welcome. I particularly enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table looking at the garden. It is a short walk to Belongil Beach and a pleasant longer walk along the beach to the Byron Bay township.
