Really amazing place to stay. Perfect for a retreat, family trip, base to explore Devon or just a break. Hosts are excellent and can't be more helpful. Very clean, lots of parking and lots of facilities. We will make this a regular trip from now on.

We had a lovely stay, the place was clean and was as described. Check in was easy and Fergus let you check in early and late as no one else was booked in. You are staying in the town so no need for a car, lots to do in the area. Over all great place and would return

We had a lovely stay in Ganders Cottage, with two young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean, pleasant to stay in and we put the patio to good use by having breakfast there every day. We even spotted a pheasant from the garden. The kids enjoyed the cottage and it was very family friendly. We only regret not taking the time to explore the farm and walk the area. The cottage was ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast, and we had many lovely outings to the nearby beaches. Charlotte and Robin were great hosts, attentive yet unintrusive, kind and thoughtful. They gave us good tips before and during the stay.

Thoroughly lovely location and cottage. Had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. We really enjoyed our stay for my sons birthday. Was a short weekend visit. But we loved the natural surroundings and felt it was very private and peaceful. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We hope to maybe come back with family and rent both cabins. We had the most wonderful stay at Swallow Parlour. From the moment we arrived, it was clear our hosts were exceptional – they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area surrounded by countryside, it was the perfect escape to unwind and switch off from the world. The enclosed garden was beautiful and private, a lovely space to sit and enjoy the stillness. Inside, the house had everything you could possibly need – so well thought out and comfortable. The log burner made it extra cosy in the evenings. The thoughtful touches really made it feel special: homemade scones with jam and cream waiting for us on arrival, fresh milk in the fridge, and gorgeous locally made Devon soap bars in the bathroom. It all felt very personal and generous. It’s in a great location too – with scenic walks nearby and just a short drive to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to return!
