Great central location, it is on 4th floor so be prepared to take the stairs a few times a day. Also, there are no cars slowed in centre-ville so you must park 5-10 m away in a town lot. $20 €/ day.

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Großartige Unterkunft! Tolle, zentrale Lage, wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem, was nötig ist. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in Penelopes Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen!

Gregoire and Magali are gems and their place is fantastic. We definitely want to come back and would recommend them and their place to friends or family. The apartment is a little outside of the main town and right next to a parking lot so it's perfect if you plan on renting a car or if you want a beautiful quiet place that is still walking distance to the main attractions. If you're coming from the TGV station, I'd recommend an uber. This place looks nice in the pictures and it's even better in person. The beds are comfortable and shower is large. Dishwasher works great and so does the washer,kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The lift and the stairs are right by entrance to the building. The Apartment is on the first floor almost directly across from the elevator so it's quite simple to get in and out. There's a chest in the corner stacked with games for families. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Merci pour tout, Ericka et Romain. Le studio est très agréable (nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse), propre et ne manque de rien. Quelques "plus" à noter: merci pour les petites attentions (dosettes de café, eau fraîche au frigo...) et garage bien pratique au sous-sol.

Cet appartement très bien équipé est parfaitement conforme à sa description. Il bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur l'ensemble de la baie depuis les 2 pièces et permet de se réveiller en regardant la mer (dommage que le lit ne soit pas plus large que le conventionnel 140 cm). La petite attention avec les capsules de café et quelques bonbons est très agréable. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons dans ce coin que nous aimons beaucoup, mais c'est la première fois dans cet appartement que nous sommes très content d'avoir découvert. A noter que le beach café situé à l'autre bout de la plage propose des pizzas exceptionnelles réalisées par une vraie pizzaola qui connaît son métier (pates et sauces sont réalisées maison dans les règles de l'art). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons le tout

logement bien situé, au cœur de la ville mais quand on passe le porche et la cour, plus de bruit. meubles de qualité. communication facile. Le restaurant à côté de la location, la confidence est excellent. je recommande cette location.

La maison est bien située et assez spacieuse pour y séjourner en famille, au calme. Le logement est très propre et bien pensé pour y passer de bons moments. J'ai apprécié la petite attention que Joachim et Alicia ont eu à mon arrivée, la qualité des échanges et surtout leur disponibilité pour répondre à mes questions.

Nathalie’s apartment is comfortable for us, 2 humans and 2 big dogs — very nicely decorated with good-quality furniture, beddings and utensils; everything we needed when staying in (Netflix, nespresso etc) and to enjoy home cooking was available to us. The location is perfect for exploring the Intramuros / main sights as everything was walking distance. The indoor parking and elevator were a bonus. Nathalie welcomed us and was very warm and accommodating. I’m happy with our choice to stay here and would highly recommend this place.

Petit studio dans une résidence tourisme au calme, un peu excentré de Aix-en-Provence. Très joliment décoré et confortable bien que pas très lumineux. La petite terrasse devant fait partie de la grande terrasse de l'étage donc pas hyper intime mais en bout d'étage donc tranquille malgré tout. Tout ce qu'il faut dans le studio et même quelques condiments pour se faire à manger et des produits de toilette. Tout était propre et bien rangé.

This is one of the most attractive and well-appointed rentals I have ever stayed in. The owners were pleasant, responsive, informative and welcoming; German provided a thorough walk-through when I arrived, and he made sure I had all the information I needed to have a comfortable stay. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, and all the furnishings are exceptionally well maintained. The location is central, walkable to all the main attractions and shopping, but also extremely quiet — no traffic noise at all. The kitchen and bathroom were both well supplied. And lastly, the decor in every area is beautiful and tasteful. I really enjoyed the views of the sea and the gorgeous sunsets every night. Five stars all around!
