Villa Julio was great. The property managers with Rise were very helpful and friendly. Especially Fabian, who greeted us on arrival. We had a wonderful time spotting wildlife from the deck every day. We saw and heard howler monkeys every day, spotted an iguana in the tree, as well as a sloth. We rented bikes for our time there and were able to get wherever we needed to go.

Truly a magical stay. The openness of the upper level allowed us to experience the outdoors & the beautiful sounds of nature while still feeling very private. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

If you ever dream to wake up with the sound of the jungle around you this is your place. A small cozy house surrounded by trees. We spotted different animals during our short stay (monkeys, birds, and others) The space is little far from the “main” beaches but is worth it due to the privacy. The front deck is perfect for just sit down and appreciate the peacefulness of nature.

Great location, convenient to Cahuita & Puerto Viejo. Great value for a whole house with a private pool and beautiful outdoor living space. We watched capuchins playing above the backyard and a toucan perched above the house one morning and we heard howler monkeys, as well. Check in was a little tricky because you have to meet the manager, Yordi, at the home for check-in, but he was very responsive to texts and was good to work with. The home had everything we needed. Water pressure was very poor in the master shower, but was great in the 2nd bath, so we just used that one. We loved the European style bedding. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Highly recommend staying here. Megan Jo was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. They did everything the could to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The studio was perfect for my needs - solo traveler working remote - good WiFi, AC, comfortable bed. They were super kind and accommodating allowing me to stow my luggage and park my rental car inside their gate. Would stay here again.

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in Casa Verde. Annie is erg attent en houdt goed contact, zowel voor als tijdens het verblijf.

Maria è stata una host gentilissima e sempre disponibile, pronta ad accogliere ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La casa è una piccola chicca immersa nella natura, perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo!

We had a great stay at the River Dream House. We loved staying in the rainforest, very close to a beautiful beach (10 min walk on a private path). The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The free laundry service was also appreciated! The house is a short distance from the Jaguar Rescue center and ARA Manzanillo, we loved visiting both.

Cuando llegamos la casa estaba realmente limpia y ordenada. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar en familia y además está ubicada cerca de Puerto Viejo y las otras playas pero sin perder la paz y tranquilidad. La pasamos muy bien.

El lugar es hermoso, amplio, lleno de árboles y tiene un rancho para pasar un rato fresco y agradable. La casa hermosa, con lindos acabados rústicos, está bien equipada. Luís siempre responde las dudas. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Aracelly war stets bemüht und hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden:)

Tolle Unterkunft im grünen mit ruhiger Lage! Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. km), sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurands. (ca. 500m)

Diese Unterkunft war atemberaubend! Einfach ein richtiger Dschungel-Traum! Morgens von den Brüllaffen geweckt zu werden und abends von den Dschungelgeräuschen einzuschlafen …das muss man mal erlebt haben! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr weiter reisen ;-) Richtig schön und gemütlich war es!

Maison exeptionelle . Réponse rapide à tous nos questionnements. Très propre et très beau. Exactement comme sur les photos. Belle piscine, très belle cuisine pour faire nos repas, eau potable et à l’écart des autres maisons. Petit paradis caché. Elle était parfaite pour nous. Nous étions 7. Nous nous sommes fait réveiller le premier matin par les singes hurleurs . Ils sont restés toute la journée dans les arbres autour de la maison :-) Très beau spectacle. Nous avons vu aussi des colibris qui butinais dans les fleurs autours de la maison. La végétation autour de la maison était exceptionnelle. Bananiers, papayers, oiseaux du paradis , vraiment très beau. Situé entre les deux parcs de Cahuita et Manzanillo. Emplacement idéal. Ne pas manquer le sentier vers Cahuita avec les 2 km passerelles nommé Puerto Vargas. Bref nous étions 7 dans la maison soit mon mari et mes 2 enfants, mes 2 parents et mon frère. La maison était parfaite pour nous. Je vous recommande fortement.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas hermosas vacaciones, super limpia y cómoda la casa. Totalmente equipada. Muy hermosa acogedora. En comentarios observo k se quejaban de k llegan unos perritos. Si llegan 2 pero rara ves y son educados no incómodaron en lo absoluto. Sin duda alguna volveremos a reservar y disfrutar muy pronto. El anfitrión muy amable y súper eficiente. Solo como una sugerencia los cuchillos no tenían mucho filo talvez se podrían afilar antes que los huéspedes lleguen o bien que haya algo donde el huésped lo pueda afilar a su gusto.

Well first off the pictures do not do it justice whatsoever. It is spacious and the look and feel of being in a home made entirely of wood feels amazing. The sounds of the jungle come alive more so at night while ur sleeping and gets even better at the crack of dawn. Don't think twice about booking here everything is close by and walking distance. Best part is Cahuita's National Park entrance is maybe 5 min drive near the house and white sand beach is at this entrance side as well. I will highly recommend without a doubt this place is amazing and the best place I have stayed in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 thus far. Good luck 🍀 Pura Vida!✌️

Es war der perfekte Ort für uns und unsere Kinder. Susana hat uns jederzeit geantwortet und viele Tipps gegeben. Für Kinder gibt es einiges an Spielsachen und der Pool ist natürlich großartig für alle. Der Strand ist etwa 10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt und über einen privaten Weg durch den Dschungel erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen. Es war einfach super.

Excelente opción, la fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. Las instalaciones, la ubicación, la atención, la limpieza, la paz del lugar valen completamente la pena. ¡Esperamos regresar!

I spent my mornings watching monkeys play in the trees just steps from the living room, and the sounds of nature made every moment feel magical. The design is thoughtful and stylish, yet it maintains a deep connection with its natural surroundings. It’s a rare and unique experience that blends comfort, beauty, and the wild spirit of the jungle. I truly didn’t want to leave.
