Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Casamicciola Terme

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Maurizios Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat eine große Terrasse, ist sehr sauber und renoviert. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie nette Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist etwas laut und ein paar Mal die Woche hört man abends Musik, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gerichtet und mit Fenster zu haben die Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage aber die Räume sind schön kühl und wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und für jedes Bedürfnis bereit entgegen zu kommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Ischia sehr genossen!

Camera ordinata e pulita, posizione perfetta per visitare Sant' Angelo, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili e siamo stati nella assoluta tranquillità, host reattivo e flessibile sul check-in, un' esperienza da rifare.

Caprì es caro pero esta estadía lo vale. Te sientes como en casa, las fotos no le hacen justicia es más linda de lo que aparentan. Su ubicación aunque en principio parece laberíntica después es muy fácil de entender ya que así es todo Caprì. Estas francamente pegado a todo. Además de una linda casa y cómodas habitaciones, creo que lo que más nos dejó contentos fue la atención tan personalizada de Marco. Le agradecemos mucho todo el apoyo incluso nos envió una chamarra que olvidamos a nuestra dirección. Inigualable. Lo recomiendo al máximo.

Verde Smeraldo was everything and more! First we were given excellent instructions on how to enter the beautiful apartment area. Once we entered we were just in love . Vincenzo gave us a wonderful recommendation for a driver. They took us directly from Napoli Centrale to the door of the Air bnb! They also picked us up for other activities we did while staying. The views are exactly like you see. Spectacular and peaceful! Yes there are steps going down to the actual apartment but this is Italy! Great way to burn off some extra wine , cheese, and bread calories! When you leave the apartment there are a few steps down to the water. There’s a private gate that lets you out then just about a 10 min. walk to the marina. We loved the little market. The owner has everything you need . Including the best fresh baked bread, fresh mozzarella, beer and wine! Just bring a flash light if you are walking back in the dark! We didn’t want to leave ! It was truly paradise! Can’t wait to go back!!

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Alloggio di Italo e Gino si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico di spaccaNapoli e i quartieri spagnoli. Questo ci ha facilitato a girare la città anche la metro' è poco lontana. Per chi arriva in treno è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'appartamento molto comodo e pulito la cucina è essenziale. Le foto sono veritiere. Lo consiglio.

Luigi & Elena’s place exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very flexible due to flight issues but Luigi was very easy to communicate with. Once we got there, Luigi hand delivered our keys and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the apartment, super helpful. The apartment itself was very clean, well stocked, and well decorated. They even had a bottle of wine and some treats waiting for us! Can’t forget the unbelievable view from the penthouse. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A fantastic location - with incredible views. It was also so peaceful in the evening. You can walk up to Capri town and even walk to Ana Capri if you fancy a bit of a hike. Great island to explore and this makes a great base to do it from. Roberto and Vittoria were very friendly and helpful.

1 semaine à Naples seule avec mon fils de 11 ans. Mon séjour chez Carmen s’est très bien passé, même si nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de nous rencontrer, elle a été disponible et a pris régulièrement des nouvelles pour savoir si tout allait bien avec le logement. L’appartement est idéalement situé, de nombreuses lignes de bus partent de la place dans toutes les directions. Et même à pieds, les trajets se font très bien, 15 min de la place Garibaldi, 15 min du musée archéologique et du centre historique. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec tout le confort pour se sentir comme chez soi. Et il est agencé avec goût, fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. Je recommande vivement

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Antonio was an incredible host. The morning we were leaving a storm came in and he even walked us to the buss stop with umbrellas. The stay is about a 20 minute buss ride up the hill from sorrento, so if you don’t mind that then this place is perfect. Beautiful view from the place with some lovely restaurants nearby.

House so nice,clean,modern,luxury. when look outside of building little but scared. but don't worry Mr. Constantino he will bring you the palace. he so kind, looks napoli gangsta but so warm and goodman. very good explain for Napoli. house also just front of supermarket. pizza. tram, metro to center napoli. near house everything under control by his name. hope next time Napoli 100% back to here. add/ metro station you can buy inside metro. bcuz there is no ticket machine, so controller give you ticket without penalty. 지하철역 바로앞, 슈퍼바로앞, 음식점들 가깝고 나폴리 조금 외곽 동네는 거시기해보이지만 그냥 일반주민들 오래된동네라 서로 다들 아는지인들 아저씨집주인 인상과달리 겁나 착함 지하철(기차역처럼 생김) 안에서 타면 매표원이 와서 표끊어줍니다. 발권기없는 역이라 페널티 안물고 그냥 기본 요금 카드나 현금 가능

We enjoyed our visit at Alessandra’s place. It was very convenient since we arrived late night after 10 PM to the airport. It was a five minute walk to the apartment. We were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment and then took a short walk to a nearby pizzeria. Alessandra was very specific with the directions to the codes and keys for the apartment. The apartment was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Just what we needed to rest after our long flight and we were ready for the next day.

The building is in a central location, close to the city center, but the apartment is very quiet and sunny. We had a very good stay

Our stay at La Casa Di Giorgina was fantastic. The view from the terrace is incredible, the home is immaculate and has all the amenities one could ask for. The center of Sorrento is easily within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Napoli grazie a questo splendido appartamento e al suo host impeccabile. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città, ma ciò che lo rende davvero speciale è l’atmosfera unica che si respira nel cuore pulsante di Napoli. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, che è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci ha accolti con calore e ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. È evidente che mette passione e cura in ciò che fa, e questo fa davvero la differenza. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Napoli in un contesto autentico

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabrizio’s apartment. A highlight was when he greeted us and carried both of our 20kg bags up the stairs at the same time. He gave great local recommendations. The apartment was spacious, looked like the photos, and clean. Beds were comfy. Great to have outdoor area via balcony. Very central. Would love to stay again!
