L’appartamento è fantastico, perfetto per una coppia, fornito per tutte le esigenze. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, in quanto si trova nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Virginia è stata presente fin da subito, dandoci istruzioni e restando disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio per un prossimo viaggio sempre a Firenze! 🥰

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

We've stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was the best experience we had throughout our whole trip in Italy for 2 weeks. We literally felt like home. Location is perfect, very quiet, convenient to walk or to go by bus. Some shops and cafes nearby. There're everything that's needed inside the flat, exactly as it's states in description. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Florence

El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos: grande, bonito, espacioso y bien comunicado. ¡Nos hemos sentido como en casa! Giuseppe además nos ha puesto todo muy fácil: instrucciones de acceso a la casa con vídeos incluidos, recomendaciones locales… Además nos ofreció un detalle de bienvenida. Nos ha estado escribiendo durante nuestra estancia para ver que estaba todo correcto. ¡Si volvemos a Florencia nos encantaría volvernos a quedar en este alojamiento! Andrea went above and beyond, meeting us downstairs to assist with our luggage, showing us around the apartment, and providing a helpful guidebook. The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a full shower, a rare amenity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea's apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Rossa early September. We were without car so walked the long driveway to the bus for outings to Florence and managed to get taxis easily back. The pool was great with gorgeous view of Florence. Our 3 year old enjoyed the cubby house and toys.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Location was very close to the tram that brings you to the city center. Neighbourhood was quiet and clean. Fabio responded to all questions very quickly.

Wir waren im Februar für eine Woche hier. Das Haus hat Toskanischen-Vintage-Charme. Wenn man keine supermodernen Accessoires und Hilton-Vibes erwartet, bekommt man hier eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und regionalem Charme. Wir können sagen: genau dafür fährt man in die Toskana! Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren zudem Supernett und echt hilfsbereit. Ein ideales Airbnb für alle, die abschalten wollen - und der Preis war absolut ok.

Paola was really the best host! I arrived late in the night as my flight was delayed, and all the supermarkets and restaurants were closed. She saw I was hungry and so she made me a delicious fresh pasta. Was so sweet! Had a wonderful stay and definitely will be back! Thanks so much!!

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Alloggio pulito ed ordinato immerso nel silenzio e nella natura. Emanuele precisissimo e super gentile. Anche i nostri cani hanno apprezzato tanto, sono stati liberi di giocare e sicuri nel bel giardino recintato della casa. Da ripetere!
