Thank you Penny. What a lovely cottage. It was great for our family who attended a wedding at Mount Dandenong. It was private, functional and cosey. Well furbished and had everything we needed. Loved the private back yard. We will come back one day.

Very nice and spacious property with well appointed kitchen and 2 very large indoor living areas as described. It was modern, clean. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware, more than what we expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for large groups. Would book again for family reunions. Host is very responsive and flexible when possible.

Had a lovely weekend at Brylinbrook. The setting is gorgeous and our daughter loved feeding the chickens and walking around the farm. There's also a sand pit and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows. The apartment above the stables is as pictured with everything you could need (log fire a huge bonus for cooler nights). Brian and Rhonda are wonderful hosts. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

The property was easy to find and check into. Was clean on arrival and frlt very accommodating. The pool and spa was great fun and the nature surrounding the property was very relaxing. Great little place to getaway for a weekend.

A wonderful quite secluded Cabin amongst natural bushland and wildlife such as wallabies and native birds. only 10min walk to the beach. Enjoyed having a charcoal BBQ in the undercover verandah and wood heater warmed the place up nicely. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Debbie's place should be a go to, if you're thinking of heading to Phillip Island. Great place and amazing, central location. Debbie is also very helpful and communicative.

We had such a great time staying at Lauretta’s Airbnb! The area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were so many amazing sites and scenic hikes nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Lauretta was super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. Her place had such a unique charm, from the decor to the overall vibe—it really added to the experience and made it feel special. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, cozy spot with character and access to nature. Thanks again, Lauretta!

Lavender Cottage is absolutely beautiful. Lovingly built by Brett, and fitted out with the most wonderful olde worlde decor and furniture. Brett thought of everything, with lovely touches like fresh orange juice and eggs, and a nice selection of teas.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from amenities to local tips. A perfect stay in a perfect location. I’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeremy’s and Hazel place. All of the activities we had planned were within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The space is friendly for children with plenty of games and puzzles as well as the garden. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony.

Host was responsive and proactive, keen to give guests a positive experience. House is well located, walkable distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. Thanks for having me! Will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this AirBnB! The house was clean, light, and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was a lovely touch to find some pantry essentials that made things even easier. The location was perfect — quiet and surrounded by wallabies and other natural wildlife, yet just a short walk to the beach at the end of the street. It was also an easy beach walk into Cowes for coffee/breakfast. We even made use of some of the beach toys from the shed, which was great fun. Wendy was super responsive and really lovely to deal with. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back!

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! The Studio is thankfully not one of those sterile modern holiday venues of hard surfaces and no warmth. It is full of character, interest and interesting art and items. It is surrounded by old trees where your neighbours are black cockatoos, white cockatoos, kookaburras and warbling magpies while the wide windows flood you with natural light in the living room/dining area. We were looking for someone to rest, physically and mentally and The Studio provides exactly that. A morning walk on the beach a few minutes away, a coffee from the General Store 10 or 15 minutes walk away, and the rest of the day is to be enjoyed even if all you do is sit on the deck reading and listening to the birds - or sit in the outside bath and listen to them.

We had an excellent stay at this gorgeous guesthouse in Seaford! Christine and family were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is very well appointed and has everything you need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. We loved having our breakfast on the deck watching the birds play in the trees. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach and a brilliant creek side walking trail. Seaford also had a good selection of restaurants. We would happily stay here again and have no hesitation recommend it to others!

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Greg and Anna are the most amazing hosts. Gentle, friendly and kind souls. Their house is located in a beautiful scenic location, which feels like the country but so close to the city. The house is well equipped and super clean. Great backyard. Close to all amenities. Highly recommended. We have already booked our next stay with them. 😁

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The house was ideal for our large family, it was a fairly long drive to the beach and the road in is too narrow for our liking. That didn’t bother the rest of the family though. They all won’t to go back next year! I appreciated Nikki’s quick response to a couple of issues and the fact she was easy to contact.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

Delightful place to stay for a few days and very convenient to our family's home. There was plenty of extras in the pantry and bathroom which was great. The sitting room was beautiful and so relaxing after a busy time during the day. Being such hot weather while we were there the pool was a welcome place to cool off. Great location close to shops and Canadian beach - a quiet family beach, was just down the road.

Anne is the poster child for how to run an outstanding AirBNB. Hands down, the Loggia was the best stocked rental I have ever used. The only thing I had to ask for was more kleenex, and this was bc I came down with a cold and used way more than my fair share. Within 10 minutes, I had a new box at my doorstep The unit is spacious, very quiet, on a beautiful quaint street. It is very safe and serene. It is about a one-mile walk to the grocery store, but just a 10-minute walk to a lovely cafe and an Italian restaurant. I was visiting from the USA; I come a couple of times a year to see my son's family with two grands. Anne was so sweet to include them and invite them to use the in-ground trampoline. Big hit! Oh, and if you are a cook, the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'd ever need. Fortunately, I went 10 days without cooking :) Isn't that what vacations are for? I hope this rental is available for my next trip, I slept very well here!
