Graces place was absolutely gorgeous! Not only was it cosy and comfortable, but Grace personally provided outstanding hospitality and more than your standard air bnb host. Thank you so much for having us.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Compact clean private apartment. Walkable to shops, park and transport. Found unit as described. Host Janine was very friendly and accomodating with our check-in. Thank you for the welcome gift of chocolate and a lovely Australian wine, much appreciated after a 22+hr flight!! We would recommend for couple or single travellers. Cheers!

upon entrance to the building noticed immediately it was very secure we made our way up to unit entered to breathtaking view of the ocean off the main balcony and then noticed all 3 bedrooms had same views. the unit itself was very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and linens and reclining couches in living room and an extra large tv to view at night. extremely convenient washer and dryer in main bathroom and all bedrooms had automatic room darkening blinds. the amenities on 9th floor were great to have use of. Ample parking was easy and 2 spaces available. The library on main floor has great books. Would highly recommend booking unit if in Frankston area. One small glitch was off sight pick up for key for someone not familiar with area thus may be confusing

It is a lovely apartment. We didn't expect to be that spacious. It is over our expectation. Comfy beds and spacious bathroom and kitchen. Peaceful location. The view is nice and a short walk to the beach. There is a beautiful sunset at the jetty which is so near to Mathijs's place. Perfect spot. I'll choose to stay in here again if I'm back in Phillip Island.

The location is extremely convenient - with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops right downstairs. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. The landlord is very friendly too. I'd definitely rent this place again on my next visit.

Can’t recommend this place enough ! We had leave our home for a few nights for some renovations and it was so nice to be somewhere that felt so comfortable and clean! Hosts are amazing and respond almost instantly. Home is so beautifully decorated and so so clean ! they make sure you have everything you need. Thank you again .

Lovely stay, super easy communication and great location to get to beach, town, or otherwise.

Freedy is a great host who constantly tried his best to meet our needs from checking in early to checking out later than we were asked. The apartment was amazing, beautifully furnished and well looked after, already thinking of booking again soon.

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.

Very clean, the location was very convenient, and the hosts were very welcoming.

We used Josephine’s apartment while visiting family in the Aspendale area. It is perfectly located near the station and a few metres back from the beach. The apartment was quiet and well presented and we found it particularly clean too. The apartment also has its own soul and personal decorating touches which made the apartment feel more welcoming and alive. Access is super easy and no fuss as is the building itself to navigate. Would recommend!

Everything about this place is absolutely perfect, just like the pictures! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding.
