Brilliant place to spend my birthday. Around the corner from a monkey sanctuary and 30 min drive from Swansea. Getting a taxi to Swansea is difficult and expensive but other than that the location is great

Brilliant stay, Great location especially if you are climbing on the gower. Really well received by Adam and Lyndsey and the cottage was very cosy and practical! Hot tub with with a beer for debrief of the day was Awesome! Highly recommend, didn’t need for anything. Thanks guys.

A truly stunning place to stay.. The pictures really don't do it justice. A perfect location. Leanne was a great host, communication was quick and she was there to answer any queries if needed. I cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely made the right choice when booking and wouldn't hesitate in making a return visit. A really special place to stay.

We had a great week here, it was well placed circa 1 hour drive of the Gower and also the four waterfalls walk in Brecon Beacons as well as many local spots. It had great comfy beds and everything we needed. The hot tub was fab and the hosts were lovely.

It was an idyllic getaway in a lovely cottage surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside. It was lovely to meet one of the owners Rachel but it was a very private friendly accommodation.

Group of us had great time in Hen Beudy. The place is exactly what we needed for trail running race in the area over the weekend. Very spacious house with lots of room, its warm, practical and clean with downstairs hard flooring. Relaxing in hot tub while watching green surroundings was lush after running those hills. It is in very peaceful location with no other houses just the forest so very quiet. Plenty to do in the area, weekend is not long enough. Phil and Debbie are great hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go back to stay there again.

Lovely little cottage with some great views. Very homely with some beautiful walks in the area, very welcoming with some great gifts left for us in the kitchen. Will certainly be back!

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was amazing and fully furnished which was great for families to get together. The house was very secluded and private but you need a car as nothing really walking distance that is open in February.

A lovely farm with converted barns on the top of a hill with amazing views of the Mumbles. Everything you need with some lovely home comfort welcome packages. The provided App is the best info provided by any AirBandB. Very clear Comms and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

We came to stay at Pilton House in September, with our 3 dogs. The house was gorgeous. And John and Rebecca made us feel so welcome. We felt completely at home with a gorgeous comfy bed, lovely linen and fluffy towels. Everything there we needed from kitchen utensils to books and games. Our dogs were welcomed with gravy bones, toys and even water bowls full and ready for their arrival. Access was easy and beaches within walking distance. It is a great spot for exploring the Mumbles and the Gower. We will be returning to Pilton House very soon! Thank you for a fab stay.

Lovely little cottage with large secure garden, perfect for 2 plus pooch, welcome basket which was great plus tea, coffee and some condiments in cupboard. Plenty of hot water with nice shower over bath, used the heating a couple of evenings which was very efficient. Bit of a squeeze getting past bed into bedroom because of odd door arrangement, but totally manageable. Loved the outdoor space, higher patio with full rattan table and chairs for dining plus a smaller lower patio area with Bistro set both over looking garden and over the hills. Solar lighting in garden plus motion activated lights came in handy when rounding up the dog last thing at night! Easy to get to main beaches and places of interest in the area, just be aware that a lot of the smaller local roads are 20mph so travel time is a bit longer. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Hideaway cottage, thank you Maria and Alan x

The cottage is spacious, well equipped with an easy access to the garden. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect base for a couple of days to explore bays and costal walks. Enclosed decking area was useful for the dogs. We arranged a woosh delivery from Tesco for essentials for our stay. Lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Peaceful with beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay - this Airbnb is very well stocked, and felt like a home from day one. It was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced - each room was scented and lovely. House was a little tricky for Little kids - basin taps, bathroom door lock, lights were generally out of reach for the 4yo so a portable step stool would have been good. Laundry facilities are coin operated but have a few short cycle options which was great for refreshing beach wear at the end of the day. Direct access to the garden was great and outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Hosts were super helpful and offered some recommendations. Village store is decent and covers all the necessities plus some lovely baked items in the morning.

A wonderfully comfortable, well equipped, spacious yet cosy cottage for me, my children and our dog. A fantastic location near to Park Mill and 10 minutes walk from the local shop and cafe and the river that leads to Three Cliffs bay and Pennard Castle. This was a great place to stay with comfy beds and loads of space including a large back room perfect for the dog and coats and boots. A lovely enclosed garden too. And luxurious bathrooms which looked newly refurbished. Thank you for a great stay and Welsh cakes to welcome us!

Fabulous place to stay. Lyndsey and Chris have a warm, immaculate, cosy and welcoming cottage with lots of lovely touches. A surprise welcome hamper was a real treat. Everything needed was there. Including for our dog. Perfect spot for lots of walks and walkable pubs/restaurants. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lyndsey and Chris.

Beautiful well restored barn in a lovely setting. the owner gave us duck eggs as well which were lovely. really relaxing stay, would recommend.

Victoria was a great host, she very quickly responded to our queries and had great recommendations for the local area. The house was lovely - clean and tidy and very relaxing. It was also a great location for all our fossil hunting exploits!

We had a lovely long weekend at Beudy Bach. The host was helpful and communicative, check-in was quick and simple and we received a friendly welcome. The property was exactly as described online - a quaint converted barn in the middle of an active farm. Inside, the property was clean and well-presented with all the essentials and amenities that you could need. Everything in the property was in working order and as photographed, and it had a comforting, cosy feel. The property is in close proximity to many walking spots and beautiful parts of the country, all very dog friendly. We would highly recommend Beudy Bach. The only thing I will mention is that there is a long country road leading up to the property which is very uneven with a lot of potholes - as farm tracks often are! My car doesn't have great clearance and I did struggle to drive on this road and received a few scrapes and scratches as a result. But this didn't take away from the great experience that we had.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the cottage. We were there for 5 nights and didn’t want to leave! Brilliant location, gorgeous garden, just wonderful. Helen and Calum were great when we had a mishap with the tele and fixed it so quickly which our children were very grateful for. Huge amount of local walks and wonderful wildlife around too. The cottage its self is like being in your own home. Very comfy sofas which was just what we needed after being out all day on the beaches. The pub and shop in the village are fab, great selection of things and the food at the pub is delicious. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Just perfect. What a wonderful stay for New Year's at Tina's property! It is so warm and cozy, with great views in the most peaceful village on the Gower. The beach was a 10-minute walk away and everything on the Gower is within a 20-minute drive. Tina was also a great host, communicating very quickly at all times. HIGHLY recommended.
