We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! Samir is an extremely responsive, friendly and helpful host! He visited us the to make sure we were right at home and to ask if we needed anything from him. He also gave us local recommendations for places nearby. Overall highly recommended!

Small, cosy and very welcoming! Took us about 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to the residential villas by Ansal in Shahpur from the Mumbai suburbs. The host wasn’t present but there was a caretaker to welcome us and the host has been in touch ever since the booking was made to the day of our stay, very prompt in replying. The house is warm and cosy with a lovely plunge pool very strategically placed in the patio for a lovely experience! Please make sure to inform the caretaker a day prior to your arrival, so that he can fill up the pool and keep it clean, there is a restaurant that delivers food till late at unbelievably cheap rates. P.S The locals there are very comfortable with Marathi, they do understand Hindi too

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

The property was cozy, well-stocked, Pool was really big and awesome and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.

The place is extremely beautiful and serene. You get everything that you see in the picture and read in the description. The food is amazing and made our staycation even better. The host has kept all the amenities and games you could play while you’re there. The staff is super helpful and genuinely cares for the place and the guests. Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

We booked Modi house for 2 days with family. This place had everything that we could require right from fully equipped kitchen to entertainment. We had a fun time and the place is large enough has extra beds etc. We also explored areas around it is walkable and not secluded. The caretaker also proactively cleaned everything so we always had a clean place. We will come back to this place. I would recommend this place for large groups and families with kids.

My parents had the best experience here, and they couldn’t stop talking about it! They loved it so much here, that they booked another stay for March. They described the place to be serene, the farm-stay to be cozy and the host Vinod to be very warm and welcoming.

Great escape for the entire family only a couple hours away from the city. The property is well maintained with a great staff. There are amazing spots to chill around the house, with a fully functioning pool that has been maintained really well. The house has a lot of character and my family really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended! :)

The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Place has two large bedrooms and a massive verandah, with an attached pantry. The pool is huge and was very clean. Place has character with a chill vibe. Great collection of books and some board games that helped unwind. The entire property is larger than most BnBs that I've seen, if you count the lawn, pool, plantation around, etc. In fact we were wishing there were more rooms to help plan another trip with the extended family. The staff is very polite, helpful, and accommodating of requests. Meals were a good spread, with options to pick from. Bit away from civilisation (thankfully) as most places around are farms, so network can be a bit flaky at times, but there's wifi! Would highly recommend for a chill, stay-in and do nothing kind of a holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Solitaire! The villa is spacious, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and relaxing retreat. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly refreshing. Our family of six spent a day here, and it was the perfect getaway from the hustle of city life.☕️ Taking a dip in the pool was the perfect relief from the sweltering heat, and the gazebo was a great spot to unwind. The hosts are very welcoming, and a special mention to the caretaker, a kind & helpful lady, who made our stay incredibly comfortable. The home-cooked food was delicious, made just to our liking, and we also had a delightful barbecue dinner in the evening. Everything was spotless clean and well-maintained, from the gleaming floor to the comfortable beddings and neatly arranged amenities, making for a restful holiday. Overall, it was a fantastic and rejuvenating retreat and we're definitely coming back for a longer stay next time!😃💯

Good place to stay for visit to lonavala

Very good time, had a very fun evening wish we could have arrived a bit early to enjoy some more time but we had a blast evening!! the care taker Das sir and the other care taker’s were very generous and helpful great staff food was amazing as well which was again made by the caretaker!! Went beyond successful for my sister’s birthday. Would love to visit again. Also loved the properties nearby.
