This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

A modest clean kitchen has been setup with tea & coffee & a fresh bottle of milk will be in the fridge ready for a cuppa as soon as you arrive to unwind after your travels. The bathroom is freshly renovated & you will fall in love the twin shower heads! The fenced backyard has space for kicking the footy.

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself.
