Boris Place is really Sweet! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. During off season it’s quiet. Unfortunately we were visiting so late in the season that the sun was not really on the Terrasse. Great restaurants in the neighborhood

Wir sind nach Montenegro gekommen und hier für 3 Wochen Home Office sogenannte Workaction zu machen. Und diese Unterkunft war unsere letzte Station. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt, es ist super viel Platz, der Außenbereich ist fantastisch, der direkte Zugang zum Wasser unglaublich schön. Das Internet ist irgendwann ausgefallen und Anne hat direkt jemanden vorbei geschickt mit einer SIM-Karte so konnten wir problemlos weiter arbeiten. Es war einfach perfekt und der perfekte Abschluss für unsere Reise. Direkt gegenüber war ein kleiner Laden in dem es alles gab was man brauchte, so haben wir eine Woche lang diesen Ort nicht verlassen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Jelena and Nemanja were great, they greeted and helped us check in. We ended up in a bigger apt for the same cost since the guest occupying our apt decided to extend their stay last minute. Apt building is a 5 min walk to the beach, there is a grocery store close by as well by the sea walkway HDL supermarket. The apt was very clean and modern, had everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Washing machine in the bathroom was great, comfortable bed, black out blinds, cute balcony, plenty of towels. Could use a few more hangers in the closet. The only “complaint” which is kind of funny is that the toilet 🚽 is extremely high/tall since the people in Montenegro are very tall. I’m 5’5 and my feet dangle when I sit on it but it’s just something to laugh about now 😂 Overall a beautiful, well equipped, comfortable, modern and clean apt. Would 1000% recommend and go back as well with a step stool for the 🚽 😂😂

We had a beautiful stay at Sabah and Sonilla’s place. The home is very well decorated, has an incredible view and very peaceful. The hosts were responsive, friendly and happy to provide local suggestions. They were also happy to accommodate our late arrival/check out which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Å ha Marinas leilighet som base for vårt opphold i Kotor og utflukter til andre byer, har vært en flott opplevelse! Verandaen ut fra stua med utsikten til bukta, byen og skipene var super! Leiligheten i seg selv var fin, stor og med fasilitetene som beskrevet. Marina som vert- fantastisk! Hun tilbød å hente og kjøre oss tilbake til flyplassen etter endt opphold. En vert og et opphold som jeg anbefaler på det varmeste.

We had a perfect stay at Renata’s lovely apartment! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds and the balcony were very nice. Renata is a superhost, very kind, thoughtful and had good recommendations. The house is very close to the old town and you can see the fortress from the bedroom windows!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Marko was really helpful with suggestions of what to do and providing GPS routes of walks. He even gave us a lift one day so we could do a lovely one way walk past a beautiful bridge. He took us out on an early morning birding boat trip twice and delivered us delicious carp from his mum's restaurant. The apartment had most of what we needed. A small kitchen but we were able to cook nice meals there (no oven but had a hob). Beautiful views which made the walk up worth it. 20 minutes walk into Virpazar for boat trips, restaurants etc which was handy as it can be tricky to park there. The whole area is great for birds but also just sat on the terrace outside the apartment. Beautiful location. We enjoyed peaceful walks, boat trips, a day out kayaking and road trips into Albania and Kotor. We will really miss this place and especially lovely Luna the dog. Thanks again Marko.
