Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. A beautiful 7 mile walking trail “wow trail” right near the property. 2 water facing decks, 1 front porch, 2 grills, fire pit under the pergola, Sundeck on the river, and 2 kayaks are provided with the home. Close to lake Winni, Weirs beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski and many more local attractions all 10 minutes away

Wright’s Mountain Retreat

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Cozy One-Level Cape in Meredith, NH

Beautiful, cozy home 1/2 mile away from the scenic views of Meredith, NH. This cozy home offers fun all year round. Between ice fishing on the lake, skiing the trails of Gunstock, riding snowmobile trails right from our front door, to relaxing on Weirs beach, you'll always find enjoyment. This cozy home is minutes/walking distance away from outstanding eating, drinking, and shopping. A perfect place for family vacations, or weekend get aways!

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Coolidge Cabin

Get away from it all at Coolidge Cabin! This 2 bedroom, sun filled, cozy, and privately located log cabin is situated on 13 acres. Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.

Round shower and deep claw foot soaker tub. Enjoy, relax and let your soul ponder.
